To mod or not to mod that is the question is'nt it. May be I can provide some pros and cons of modding your Wii. First of all I pesonally haven't heard of anyone getting banned for playing a modded Wii online. Currently you can use a modded Wii online no problem but there is no telling when Nintendo will roll out an update and mass-ban modded consoles.
