Not only were they able to nab Ken Whisenhunt away from the Steelers,but they were able to steal Russ Grimm as well. Grimm will be a much needed shot in the arm for the offensive line.* Credit the Steelers for carving out their own road instead of taking the road often traveled.Mike Tomlin is a good coach,but being a coordinator in the NFL for only one season and not having any heading experience has to be a concern.
