was involved in a car accident, while on the set of her latest film," The Invasion". It was reported that the "actress was filming a scene in which she was driving a Jaguar, trying to escape zombie-like characters who were hanging off the hood, when the accident happened. The vehicle was being towed by a rig in order to give the appearance that the actress was actually driving the car. The stunt driver operating the rig lost control while turning a corner, causing Kidman's car to hit a pole and knock over a garbage can". Both Kidman and her co-star, 10-year-old Jackson Bond were wearing their seatbelts during the accident. The film crew immediately wrapped a blanket around Kidman. Subsequently, paramedics arrived and checked Kidman and her co-star for injuries. Kidman was driven to Cedars Sinai Medical Centerand was released two hours later.
