Full-Figured Women & Dieting 2007-10-31 13:13:00 As a full-figured woman, often we give into the belief of the media and society that we should constantly be on a diet. That idea can really affect our self-image and our own views of our very own curvalicious bodies. The truth is that dieting is bad for anyone, full-figured or not, makes anyone dieting feel restricted and when it's over brings back any weight that had been lost plus a few extra. should never be the long-term answer and will not solve the emotional or self-image issues which brought you to the diet in the first place.I'm not saying that full-figured women shouldn't eat healthy either.
