Favre Magic 2007-10-30 08:19:46 Favre did it again pulled a little magic out of his pocket and won the game.It’s funny how some of them so called experts still don’t get it,with Favre as the quarter back the Packers can win against anyone.It was a close game and went into overtime well a very short overtime but in the end the Packers still were the leaders in the north.Next week I hear the so called experts are going with the Packers opponent again but that’s ok I think they all got a jinx on anyone they choose to win. won no matter what ! 2007-10-14 16:51:18 Even with touchdowns called back because of poor referee calls,even when missing 2 field goals the Packers won the game against the redskins.The Packers maintain their leadership of the north division with a rank of 5-1 while other north teams slip down in the standings.
The Defense played like supermen during the fourth quarter keeping the packers ahead and winning right through the quarter giving them one more notch in theor belt towards winning the north division. Read more:matter
Bad news Bears beat Pack 2007-10-08 07:33:27
Fumbles,bad calls,and not going for the win made for a bad game against the Bears
.First one fumble then another gave me the feeling of here we go again.But I still thought ok,maybe this is just a little hiccup and the Packers will start playing right again.Then the Bear get a field goal but a ref throws a flag,penalty against the Packers.The refs make a bad call,give the Bears back the ball and they get a touchdown.
But the Pack rally the game is tie 20-20.What happens now the Packers Let Brett win the Game.No they get conservative start running the ball and play for the tie to go into overtime.That was the nail in the coffin and serving up the game to the Bears on a silver platter.
Records Fall as Pack Keeps Winning 2007-10-02 11:35:05 More records made by Brett Favre as the Pack goes 4-0.The Packers are still getting the job done winning at home and on the road.This weeks game was close for awhile but at the end the Pack pulled out another win.An all important division win against the Viking which will help them to be division champs at the end of the season.Next week the Bears,the Bear well haven’t played well this year yet,the offense being bad for the chicago foes.Hopefully they still won’t have their act together by next Sunday Night and the Pack will pick up another win.But Packer,Bear games are always a big unknown because of the intense rivilary thats been built over the years it could go either way but I put my money on the Pack to win. Three wins against last year play off teams must mean something,Brett ties another record, keeps his games played streak alive,as the Packers
stay in the lead in the NFC North.As always the all knowing sport casters said the Packers were going to lose.I’m sorry about them alway being disapointed,well not really.
The Packers will be a team to be reckoned with in the NFC North,they may have youth,but they also got a veteran like Brett Favre whose been in big games.I think the Pack this year also has a hunger to once again be in the play offs.I don’t underestimate the Pack and any team that does will be just another victim on the Packers road to the Play Offs.

The offense came to play the Giants,Favre broke another record,on the Packer
s beating of them.The Defense held ,special team was special again getting another fumbled kick off of the other team.It was overall a perfect game.
I think it’s funny ,just because the offense wasn’t the best in the season opener, some sports casters are all set to write off the Packers offense as losers,but as you saw in game 2 with Brett Favre at Quarterback that’s a stupid mistake.
Defense maybe is the Packers best weapon,with special teams play coming in a close second,.They have been playing with an agressive stomp the offense atitude that is really awesome to behold.Next week should be interesting.

Been awhile since the Pack has won the first game of the season,but they did it this season. The game ball should go to special teams and the defense they played great while the offense sputtered a little.I thought it was overall a great game with the Pack playing with more passion then the Eagles. What I saw was good,the first team offense and defense is ready,that’s all that really matters.Offense can get the game won,their a little shaky at running back,but the recievers and tight ends are ready.Defense dominates the line and plays on the other teams side of the ball creating trouble for the Quarterback.Special Teams is still a big question mark that will have to be answered during the season. Game 3 of the Preseason 2007-08-24 18:03:42 This weeks preseason game we lost but it wasn’t important or did it mean our regular season team won’t do well.Our first and a lot of our second string played well,defense was great offense did well,game only turned south after lots of 3 rd string players took the field,a lots of them will be cut and we should play better next game.
Only thing that is a little worrying is the injury to Donald Driver,hopefully its as minor twisted ankel with nothing else.
Games 1 & 2 of the Preseason 2007-08-23 14:27:34 The Packers are Gearing up for the upcoming season by so far doing pretty well in preseason ,so far winning the first few games.Defense has played agressively and is looking very impressive.The offense sputtering a little in the first week had come out the second week guns blazing and on target.

Another Nail Biter 2007-11-05 12:30:39 Another game that had me on the edge of my seat screaming at the TV.I wasn’t sure the Pack was going to win but in the end they did it again won another close one in the final minutes.The last couple of weeks been hard on my nervious system,and the game after frog in my throat is becoming a weekly thing after I yell my lungs out at the old boob tube during the game.But somehow the Pack keeps finding ways to win that’s all that counts,style points don’t mean much in football.I hear football experts talk about games and somehow they don’t get it “A Win is a win” An ugly win is just as good as a win where you blow out your opponnet.Oh the Patriots are so great they win by making thier opponnets look like chumps.Is it cool to run up the score when you don’t have to,No it’s classless.I have more pride in being a Packer fan because they never do that.

the Vikings as the Pack crushed them by giving them a goose egg.The Packers finally showed a running game with Grant,Brett was great as always,and the defense was awesome.The first game that wasn’t a nail biter,and right down to the last minute.As the season goes on the Packer keep getting better.
With the Lions loss the Packer are now 2 games up and are more strongly on top of the north.They still tie with the Cowboys for lead of the NFC but if all goes right the road to the Super Bowl might go through Lambeau Field.Giving the Packers a great advantage.
And the Pack Rolls On……… 2007-11-19 08:35:13 Another fairly easy win against the Panthers as the Pack possibley makes a run to win the North,and more importantly get home field advantage on the road to the Super Bowl.
The next 2 games may decide who gets the North ,and if the frozen tundra will be home to the playoffs.Next on turkey day will be a game against the Lions,who are currently on a 2 game losing streak,if the Packers help the Lions keep their losing streak alive,it will almost cement the Packers control of the North,baring any weird total collaspe of the Pack.Then the following thursday it’s off to Dallas if the Pack win there it may mean home field through out the playoffs.All the so called football experts got the Packers losing against Dallas but remember these are the same experts who had the Bears set to win the North again,so don’t put much trust in their dire predictions. Division is pretty well acomplished ,with the win over the Lions.Now comes getting home field advantage throughout the playoffs.Everyone thinks it’s a forgone conclusion that the Packers will lose against the Cowboys,me on the other hand when I watched the Jets against the Cowboys didn’t see a Cowboys team that couldn’t be beaten.I saw lots of opportunities for interceptions and sacks that the Jets weren’t able to take advantage of,ones I think the Packers will take advantage of and will beat Dallas.So as all those so called experts,dis the Pack again,I know better.
NFL Channel 2007-11-29 23:06:53 I think the onetime I watched a game on the NFL channel it was the worst production of a game I ever saw.Bryant Gumble should be called Bryant Stumble his announcing of the game is the worst I ever heard,with his getting names of teams wrong,players wrong,and his calling a quarter a period I thought what am Iwatching football,or some other sport.Plus the coverage of the game was all over just plain bad.If they show an instant replay it should be completely shown,not cut up in strangeways.I think the NFL should stick to what it supposed to be doing and leave the showing of games to the professionals at fox,ESPN,and cbs.I saw a comercial saying if your cable provider doesn’t have the NFL channel you should tell it to get it.My answer is why,so I can be charged extra to watch games that just plain suck in how there shown.To me it’s not worth it. No home Field through out Playoffs? 2007-11-29 22:53:06 The Dallas Cowboys ,Green Bay Packers, game left a bad tast in my mouth because I hate it when poor calls by referees decide games.A possible 10 points were given to the Cowboys.First a ball caught by Owens,but then taken away by Harris,which in all fairness should of then been the Packers ball was taken away because a ref who wasn’t even close to the play blows his whistle,while a ref who was right there said it was the Packers ball.Second a pass interference call that was another bad call ,most of the time when players get their feet tangled together its called incidental contact,why wasn’t it this time one ref said it was,one said it wasn’t it was pass interference.The ref with the most loud mouth is right all the time or how is it decided who is right.
Also I thought Aaron Rodgers looked good when he took over as quarterback,does that mean I want him playing next week no,I would prefer Favre back but would I worry as much if it was Rodgers no.
