Testimonials 2007-10-31 15:53:02 Client letter from the Seller of a construction defect home:
I work with agents every day and I have to tell you that you did a truly professional job and with such a problematic listing as well (construction defect). I was super impressed. I don’t know how you were able to get 10 different buyers beating down my door to buy this home that I felt was going to have to be sold below market. …the main point is that you were just phenomenal with the whole topic of construction defect. You answered all questions with knowledge and your professionalism put everyone on both sides of the deal at ease. I am truly grateful that Village at Craig Ranch HOA person recommended I call you. I cannot begin to imagine how different my experience would have been had I used someone else.

Who’s Stephanie? 2007-10-31 15:45:37 “Stronger than a garlic milkshake.”
Years ago my favorite corporate head hunter, Randy, used this creative tag line to describe me. He was teasing prospective employers with a visual that challenged their senses so I would be a memorable job candidate. With his help I was. He had no problem finding me a good job. Of course, my time in the corporate world was not destined to last forever, but Randy’s tag line was here to stay.
Remaking the Milkshake
Ultimately, I spent 10 years in the corporate world refining my business and people skills. When I switched to real estate I thought that my high standards of professional conduct, candid wit, attention to detail and business savvy would attract buyers and sellers like a magnet. Oh, my comical optimism. I quickly learned that what made me “stronger than a garlic milkshake” in the corporate world needed to get even stronger to be successful in real estate.
