Pamela Anderson
has filed for divorce from husband Kid Rock. Anderson, who is represented by celebrity hotshot lawyer Neal Hersh, cited irreconcilable differences.
The couple was married August 3, 2006. Earlier this month, Anderson suffered a miscarriage.
“EXTRA” first reported and TMZ has confirmed that Kid Rock also filed divorce papers today.
Interestingly, Pam and Kid Rock each give a different date of separation. She says they split on November 21. He says November 26.
We’ve learned there was not a prenup, however, the two were married for such a brief period of time it will probably have little impact.
Pam’s website offers a short statement confirming the divorce, saying “Yes, it’s true. Unfortunately impossible.”

In a video posted Thursday on YouTube.com, Lohan was captured leaving a Los Angeles hotel inside which Hilton had reportedly been partying. The 20-year-old actress, as she was getting into the passenger side of an SUV, used the profanity to describe Hilton after an observer asked if they'd fought earlier.
"She's kidding," a friend in the back seat quickly followed up Lohan's sniping.
When asked why she used the word she did, Lohan backtracked: "I never said that. Paris is my friend … No, I love her"
The car then sped off into the night.

Mumbai: They are supposed to be aggressive, even rude, on the field. On Sunday, after winning their maiden Champions Trophy in Mumbai, Australia showed they are not exactly polite off it too.
To begin with, as the closing ceremony drew to a close, Ricky Ponting waved his fingers at BCCI president Sharad Pawar, signalling him to come and hand over the winners' trophy. It may or may not have been in jest but Pawar had the decency to just laugh and ask Ponting to step forward instead to complete the formalities.
But the story didn't end there. As the Aussies
celebrated exuberantly, the stage was set for the victory photograph.
However, even as the players were taking positions for the cameras, Damien Martyn tapped at Pawar - who happened to be standing there - and literally pushed him out of the stage. Pawar walked away quietly, not showing any hurt or anger.

Media regulator Ofcom has now received complaints about alleged racism in the Celebrity Big Brother
house, with Channel 4 also receiving complaints about the show.
It is believed that a number of websites are urging people to contact Ofcom and Channel 4 about the issue. “They are coming in their droves. I believe that a lot of them have come in by email,” an Ofcom spokeswoman said.
But while Channel 4 said it will not tolerate any racist abuse on Celebrity Big Brother, the broadcaster defended its decision not to intervene in the group dynamics despite the unpleasantness, saying it had to portray events “accurately”.
Channel 4 has also confirmed that Jack Tweed called fellow housemate ShilpaShetty
a “cunt”, not a “Paki”.

exposed.com. The website will give users the heiress’s personal items for a small monthly fee, $39.97. These items are believed to be the items that were seized from a Los Angeles storage facility in November 2005, when Hilton
apparently failed to pay a $208 bill for her sizable locker.
While Hilton’s publicist said the mix-up was because of the third party’s tardiness in settling the tab, her items were still sold for $2,775 to an unnamed person.
These items went to a broker named David Hans Schmidt, who later sold them to Parisexposed.com owner Bardia Persa in September. He had originally planned on selling everything together for the bargain price of 20 million dollars.

was pronounced dead Thursday after being taken to a Florida hospital, a law enforcement source told CNN.
Smith, 39, collapsed at a south Florida hotel, according to news reports.
“I can confirm that she is deceased. It’s as shocking to me as to you guys,” Smith’s attorney, Ronald Rale, told Reuters. “I don’t know anything further. [Her lawyer and husband] Howard [K. Stern], obviously, is speechless and grieving.”
TMZ.com had reported that Smith collapsed at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, Florida, and was rushed to Memorial Regional Hospital in Hollywood just after 2 p.m. ET.

Video on KABC-TV showed the newly shorn Spears with tiny tattoos on the back of her neck as she sits Friday night for a new tattoo — a pair of red and pink lips.
“She just wanted something real small on her wrist, something dainty,” Max Gott, the tattoo artist at Body and Soul in Sherman Oaks, told the TV station. “She got some cute little lips on her wrist.”
Derrik Snell, who works at the tattoo parlor, said Spears showed up without notice and stayed for about 90 minutes as about 60 fans, photographers and gawkers gathered outside.
