Pay Per Post
2007-10-27 09:56:00
My sister in Belgium told me first about paid blogging. I wasn't so keen about it at first. I thought it couldn't be possible for me since I'm here in the Philippines and I wasn't sure I would get approved. It's also difficult for me before since my time on the internet was limited. But she kept on asking me to check out their website. The first paid blogging website she mentioned to me was Pay Per Post . She asked me to check it out and to sign up. When I checked the site, I got really excited about it. So I signed up. I thought it's really very good since it will give bloggers a way of earning money while doing something they love and enjoy. But my blog got rejected with PPP the first time I signed up with them. They informed me that my blog did not meet up some of their criteria. So I had to wait for awhile and do more things on my blog. But even if you're not approved for paid posting right away, Pay Per Post allows you to earn through their referral program. So It's one good

Pink Dolphin
2007-10-22 09:39:00
These photos are taken from an email forwarded by my sister to me. Absolutely amazing, have you ever seen a pink dolphin? This is incredible! Just beautiful This extremely rare and beautiful "pink dolphin" was spotted and photographed by Capt. Erik Rue of Calcasieu Charter Service on June 24th, 2007, during a charter fishing trip on Calcasieu Lake south of Lake Charles, LA.It is small in comparison to the others it is traveling with and appears to be a youngster traveling with mama. After spotting the beautiful mammal cruising with a pod of four other dolphins, Rue and his guests idled nearby while watching and photographing the unusual sight for more than an hour."It was absolutely, stunningly pink," Rue said. The albino calf's pinkish appearance is likely produced by blood vessels underneath its relatively thin layer of blubber that would ordinarily be masked by a typical dolphin's gray coloration.According to marine biologists, this was only the third reported sighting of an al

I love Blogging
2007-10-19 09:52:00
This is a tag from Juliana. Why I love blogging. It opens up a new world to me. It allows me to write down my thoughts, feelings and the things I find interesting. It satisfies many things that I want to do like writing and reading, being creative, learning and sharing. Blogging to me is a combination of having your own slumbook, diary/journal and a place for your voice to be heard. Having a blog is like having a friend that you can turn to and make as a shock absorber of all your daily experiences, triumphs, struggles, learning and discoveries. One that you can tuck away and carry with you wherever you go.Thank you to the creator of this meme, Mel Kaye**Start Copy Here**We have a voice; We must be heard; Therefore we blog; Now spread the word! This meme is based on a recent post that was conducted asking the question “Why do you Blog?” and the rewrite “Why do you Blog? - Reworked.”The purpose of this meme is to tell our tales by spreading the reasons that we blog to as many sites a

Smorty - Get Paid To Blog
2007-10-17 02:48:00
I enjoy reading blogs and blogging. I've had my blog for a while now.I've even created many blogs before. But I've closed them because it's just blogs that's here and there. This time I only have like 2 blogs. Blogging is an enjoyable activity and more so if you can get paid to blog. For many advertisers, blog advertising is the in thing today. If you advertise on blogs, you can be sure it will be read and seen by many, as blogging is very popular nowadays. Many people blog for the sheer enjoyment of writing their thoughts and sharing them, but many people also blog for money, and some people combine blogging as a hobby and blogging for money. One very good site that connects advertisers with bloggers is the Smorty website. With Smorty you can get paid to blog by writing opinions and articles about available advertiser campaigns. All you have to do is register in Smorty with your blog and it's for free. What's more they pay fast, because they pay bloggers weekly. They also have

Deception Point
2007-10-16 09:46:00
I just finished reading the book "Deception Point" by Dan Brown. As expected, it is a very good entertaining read. A fast-paced, action-packed thriller that's a mixed of earth sciences, aerospace, politics and military technology. It is one book you want to read until the end but it is not in par with the "The Da Vinci Code". If you have read Dan Brown's other books The Da Vinci Code, Angels and Demons, and Digital Fortress you will noticed similarities in his basic plots and most of his characters' personalities. You can even predict who the villain will be after reading two or three of his books. But one thing I like about Dan Brown's books is that it is very well research, and there's always something new that you can learn and discover. It is never boring. The book Deception Point weaves around an astonishing discovery made by NASA, touches on the dirty game of Politics, the Military, Oceanology, the Arctic and many more. It is interesting to know that the Arctic, which is

KC's From Paris to Pinas
2007-10-13 11:28:00
I was able to watch KC Concepcion's from Paris to Pinas first TV Special this afternoon. I wasn't able to watch it the first time they had it on TV so I'm glad it was shown again on ABS-CBN. It was really a wonderful documentary, showing KC's life as a foreign student living on her own for the first time in the beautiful City of Lights, Paris.KC turned out to be a really admirable beautiful young lady. Now that she's back, she said she has a lot of plans so we'll see what KC is up to for Philippine Showbusiness. Below is a teaser of her TV Special. The whole documentary is quite longer than I expected but it showed many things about KC and what her life was like in Paris, France.

The Heartbreaking Reality Of Child Abuse
2007-10-09 01:00:00
Reading this gave me goose bumps. I support NAFASG in the fight against Child Abuse . Only the lowest of low can do something as horrible as this. I pray that justice will be given to the late Nurin Jazlin. This article is taken from NAFASG site:The Fight Against Child Abuse: A Tribute To The Late Nurin Jazlin (1999 to 2007)In our times of darkness, children are the ones who will brighten us up. No matter what ordeals we have to endure in our daily lives, we know that we can overcome them the moment we set eyes on children. Their innocence and purity in them will always give us a sense of peacefulness and calm that is beyond words. And it goes without saying that life would be meaningless without seeing them smile, hearing them laugh and cry, and feeling their small and flawlessly gentle hands that want to reach out to us.Yet, there are some who show no empathy and sensitivity towards these beautiful souls. Worse still, they would dunk themselves into physical violence and cruelty toward

Your Better Half Tag
2007-10-28 02:57:00
This is a tag from In, Sarah and GarfThis tag is simple. If you feel comfortable and your better half does too, you can post a picture of him in your blog ( but if not a description will do). May it be a baby picture anything that you like with the following:1. First name: if he doesn't like his name plastered all over the internet, a pet name will do.2. How and where did you meet?3. Characteristics4. Your plans 20 to 30 years from now.Easy right? So I start with mine.My husband's name is David, but we usually call each other honey. We met each other way back in 2004 through match. He sent me an email. I sent him a smiley. He got the message and sent me his ym hehe. From then on we got to know each other better. He didn't asked me to be his girlfriend, instead he asked me to marry him lol. It's a long engagement for us, with circumstances beyond our control we had to be patient. For 3 years we text, chat and talked on the phone almost everyday. This year, with God's blessings, we
