He hopes to have it completed and ready for sale before the next Roger Waters tour which is penned in for end of January 2007. The tour will take Dave all around the world again. He started by playing piano when he was six years old. By 1985, Frank Solari had completed a classical piano and musical theory course at UFRGS. He then decided to learn to play the guitar and formed a band with his brother playing covers of Joe Satriani, Steve Vai, Greg Howe and Tonyl MacAlpine.Frank was the first Brazilian guitarist to be mentioned in GUITAR PLAYER" in Deceber 1992 in Mike Varneys Spotlight column and then again in GUITAR WORLD in February 1993 in Hometown Heroes. has completed his Masters in Petroleum Engineering in August 2006. This means that Marshall is now working in Houston providing data analysis of hydraulic fracture treatments and hydraulic fracture monitoring assessments...all suitably technical! I guess the sad news is the new job and work schedule means all guitar related activities have been put on hold for the foreseeable future!Marshall noted that Alexander Rosenblatt has completed commissions for two works, aconcerto for electric guitar and orchestra and a piano etude "Humoresque".
