It’s Friddaaayyyy!!! 2007-11-02 03:30:52 Thank god the end of the week is almost upon us Mainly for the reason that I’m booked in to have my haircut tonight straight from work if anything else.
Yesterday was pretty much same old at work. Maddsy decided to find out the difference between a Dwarf and a Midget, and then proceeded to call Crit, who then decided to kick Maddsys ass Which involved knocking him off his chair and giving him a beating on the floor. It’s always an unfair fight tho! Crit batters him everytime if Im honest!
Continuing on from my chat with Olly, after he’d called me “Johnny Bravo” and left me a comment in the last blog post, I decided to search for some more quotes from the great man. This had me laughing away, and helped pass the time before going to the gym. Got to the stage where me and Olly are trying to get all the Johnny Bravo episodes! Once I do I’m gonna have a mass Johnny Bravo marathon session! Beer, Pizza and him hahaha.
Went to the gym, and
I want one of these… 2007-11-09 08:39:13 How ace do these look! Proper wormeries HA HA

Found over on Dave Gormans Blog
I would also love an Ant farm for some reason, and found Ollys great when him and Wardo first moved into their gaff  My main fear is that the Ants and Worms would have a greater IQ than me, and would hatch a plan to escape, and that would lead to them attacking me, and eating me whilst I sleep
But the main thing I’d have (Once i’d found somewhere to put it) Is a nice fish tank with some random tropical fish in! With the odd shark too like Maddsy used to have, until they ate each other
DooVDster 2007-11-09 07:03:25 Chatting to my mate Jeff last night, and he told me that one of his mates (who’s geekier than him) and he’s managed to put a dvd screen in his toaster of all things
How random
Anyway.. random things aside, yesterday at work was like any other! Pretty much the calm before the storm, due to the fact once Maddsy pulls his fat finger out, and gets things sorted, we’ll have a hell of a lot to do! The overtime will come in handy tho! Chatted to Kerry on msn for a bit, and chatted about the forthcoming saturday night at the wedding reception and who was on about going into town afterwards and that. Specially in time for a piss up round Derby with Ant, Lee and I’m sure we’ll get some more folks out. Spoke to our Owen again last night, and as soon as he said hello to me, he said he wanted to speak to grandad But in the end we had a nice little chat about how he was watching Joey or something on telly, and he was at daddy’s house playing with hi
Fun at the gym.. 2007-11-08 02:35:56 Last night I got home from work, and watched the 2 episodes of Prison Break that i’d missed for some reason or another, and an left waiting… WANTING to see the rest! God damn it! Give me them all now  I wont spoil it for my big Prison Break fan Olly by saying anything on here, cos I dont know if he’ll read this before watching the episodes. Once I’d finished I text Ol to see if he was in, and then headed over to his house with the 2 episodes so he could watch them with Gemma. I really cant remember the last time that me and Ol were able to sit down, and just chat. We used to do it all the time when he worked at our place, chatting about this and that over a Creamichoc (Of which he still owes me one or two) Was nice to see Gemma too, altho she seemed to be doing most of the housework whilst I was there chatting to Ol
Ol got a text about a meeting he’d completley forgotten about, and so as I had nothing to do I agve him a lift down to the Ru
Owens Birthday 2007-11-07 03:48:02 Didnt really get upto much of note yesterday, so this is gonna be a short one for once! Aside from everyone complaining that it’s like working in the Artic wearing only a t-shirt and shorts was a quiet enough day. Zoe seems to be picking things up quite quickly and things are moving on. December should be fun to say the least Got home from work and sat chatting to Mr Kirk, who it appears was playing his Run DMC too loud for the neighbours, who complained only to have the door slammed shut in their face Quality!
Went over to my mums after work, cos our lewi had taken Owen up there. For some reason he didnt seem his usual bouncey self, think I’ll put that down to being tired on his big day after the excitement of opening presents and that. He now seems to have every make and model of car from most major car manufacturers from 2000 or something He’s got hundreds of them Our Heather and Mike came over, and we realised that due to the phone merri-go-ro Read more:Owens

The New Ice Age is coming… 2007-11-06 04:02:31 Or so people upstairs in the office will have you think! I’m sat here nice and warm in just my work jumper, and everyone else seems to have about 5 layers on, and moaning about how bloody cold it is etc etc *rollseyes*
Ahh well let them get on with it I suppose! We’ll all be cryogenically frozen in about 4 hours or something, so best not grumble!
Happy 3rd Birthday. 2007-11-06 02:32:15 First off I’d like to wish my little newphew a Happy
3rd Birthday
. I really cant believe it has been 3 years  Hoping to go round tonight if he’s at my mums or Lewi’s to see him and get a few more photos Heard someone received some good news yesterday, but I am not gonna spoil it for said person  Work was OK yesterday. Mark is now out the office till Thursday as he’s going to watch Chelsea away in Germany (I think the whole Jose saga really knocked the stuffing out of him, and he seems to have his errrmm rather expensive passion back hahaha) Me and Wendy have given Maddsy a new nickname, altho Wendy is claiming to have no part in it  And this has made Maddsy become paranoid… RESULT!
Left work early, cos John wanted to be at the gym for 5:30, but as I was still at work till bout 20 past, I told him I’d meet him in there. Get to Widecombe Fair, for him to ring me and say can we make it 8 *rollseyes* Ahh well… I went over to m
It’s Chad day ;) 2007-11-14 03:00:58 Well after a slightly blonde moment yesterday, thinking it was wednesday (maybe it was wishful thinking) today is actually the day the Chad goes to sale I made the grave error of asking Carol if she had a Chad, and then for the rest of the day she taking the piss basically lol! Typical of the atmosphere round the place when “His Royal Highness” aint here groaning and moaning! Which takes me to another thing… It was even better yesterday morning, as there was just me and Zoe in the office. No constant “Getting the drinks in wiggy” or “bla bla bla bla bla bla bla” coming from the motor mouth. ha ha! The pain-in-the-ass work starts from now tho and thats the bottom line… cos Maddsy said so
Got home from work, and raced over to the gym for a “Quick Session” to find it’s the busiest I can ever remember it being Had a decent session on the shoulders, again moving up a few weights, and again John hurt his wrist! Bout 4t
Stepping up to the next level… 2007-11-13 02:42:24 Thats what I did yesterday in the gym! Altho it wasn’t 1 level
! It seemed to be 2 levels that I stepped it up, and for that I am quite impressed, to say I had next to no sleep sunday night, due to my nap in the afternoon, and I was feeling quite knackered, but nothing like visiting the gym to make you feel better and get the adrenaline pumping haha! Other than that there appears to be very little to report in my sad and twisted little world!
Work was very quiet yesterday! It’s almost as if you miss the coughing, moaning and spluttering, and just take it as background noise, but once it’s gone you miss it in some twisted way Maddsy is still getting the orders so dont really matter.
After a sleepless night sunday night, and a very good workout at the gym, you’d expect to have a very sounds and peacefull sleep! That was not the case! Not helped by the fact I was nodding off bout 12, and had a text off my personal trainer, saying we can fit a quick session Read more:Stepping
The stuff dreams are made of… 2007-11-12 12:02:46 Right.. Lets start at the beginning, which I feel is as good a place as any! Altho the weekend just seemed to get better and better (untill sunday afternoon/night anyway).
Friday afternoon at work was so very very quiet, as Geoffrey had gone at dinner to use up one of his half days and that, and I honestly dont think the phone rang at all in the afternoon, apart from about 4:45, when someone wanted a design & quote re-emailing down to him Asked Phil if he was gonna go to friday night football, but he said he was having a quiet one at his house with Jay and one or two others, and I was more than welcome to go over and join them, but I was expecting my sister to come over and see me, so told him I’d see him sat evening all married up and that Got a phone call from our Lewi asking wether I could lend him £20 so he can pay Sarah Owens maintenance, cos she was going on at him, and promised to give me atleast £50 on the saturday once he’d been paid for the job he was d Read more:stuff
Call of Duty 4… 2007-11-19 06:19:32 Well it all started with a text message from Crit on friday afternoon Telling me that he’d gone and bought Call of Duty 4. The pair of us had not shut up about it for atleast a week solid at work ha ha! Coupled with the fact almost everyone I knew with an Xbox had COD4, I was on a mission from work friday. Nip to asda and get the game, and get as far as I could before watching the England game on telly
Was quite successful, and I even managed to get a 3 film comedy disc set from asda for £7! This included State Troopers, Club Dread and Freddy got Fingered! Got home, and within 5 minutes of setting the xbox up to play online again, Ant had invited me to play online with him, before I’d even had time to look at the game, so told him to give me a bit of game time on a single player mission first Carried on playing, and ordered my Pizza Hut, whilst pausing the game to chat to Zoe and Lizzie on msn Sometimes I get really frustrated on games when I cant get th
A moment please… 2007-11-16 03:49:55 For our fallen Comrade Craig “Maddsy” Maddox. He was once the life and soul of the party, but yesterday a tragic incident occured, in which he lost his manly-ness (if he actually had any) in the eyes of me and Karl, and I’m sure Crit and Al would agree with us on monday. (Brett aint got an opinion ) Not only did Lurch come to football sunday with a bright pink t-shirt on, for which Bagi gave him a bit of stick, so in usual Maddsy style, he started to try and pick on me *rollseyes* Anyway back to yesterday… Him and Zoe were sorting our all the stock kits we’ve got downstairs, and numbering them up, and were in the process of making stickers for the boxes. In choosing a colour, they chose the brightest, foulest colour Pink possible (The sort of pink only girls could possibly like). *bugle pipes up*
There was no Crit or Al yesterday, so I ended up giving Karlos a hand doing random things around the place, including helping sort out UPS, which app
If you aint first… You’re Last!! 2007-11-22 04:51:48 So not really been upto a deal lately, so not really thought much about updating this. Work has got progressively busier as the week has gone on, and Maddsy is still tearing his hair out with this online shop. Zoe really does not like being left in the office on her own with Geoffrey, so if there is me, her and Geoffrey in, and I go to chat with Crit, she’ll follow me, or come looking for me 2 minutes later One this made me laugh… Maddsy nipped outside and came into the office moaning “It’s freezing outside” to which I just replied.. “no it aint! You’ll know when it’s cold” Which automatically meant that I had “face on” this compunded with Geoffrey asking if we’d done a quote for the awning company for someone, and all I said was “Nope dont think so” And again I had “face on” :lol; I work with some idiots.
Left work monday, and nipped upto Asda for some tea. Ended up buying a massive
Hmm more domains 2007-11-21 09:49:29 Chatting to Olly earlier, and I was on about random domain names like Ninjacows.co.uk and things, and it got me thinking.. wonder if my name is available as a .co.uk domain. Did a quick search on mikeywhite.co.uk and mikey-white.co.uk and both were free… so you can imagine what i’ve done
Both are pointing to here for now, but when I come up with some hair-brained scheme like maybe an online shop, i’ll get Maddsy to help me
The Rumble of American Muscle… 2007-11-29 03:17:38 Well my body is officially beginning to fall apart on me For the last year or two, after much abuse my knee is starting to become a bit of a pain every now and again, and I’ve got my good physio friend looking into what it could be. Basically when I bend my knee, there is a clicking at the side of the knee cap, and I cant help but think that if i dont sort it, it’ll become bad news later on in life Top that with my back thats still giving me pain, altho not as bad as the previous day (I still went to the gym, and it was ok so hopefully no long term trouble I’m a doctor/Physio’s dream and am thinking about donating my body to medical science later today or something. They may end up publishing a paper in some random medical newsletter that only doctors read about the effects of too much football and things *wakes up*
Well yesterday I got a text off Ant saying that he’s busy Saturday night, so looks like being me and Lee. Think we’ll h Read more:American
Arrgghhh The pain!! 2007-11-28 02:44:53 Woke up this morning with the mother of all pains in my back! Feels like i’ve pulled a muscle properly or something. It’s right under my shoulder blade! Tried to do self-diagnosis on the NHS direct page, but that just told me to ring 999 Where is my physio friend when I need her ha ha! Lizzie where the hell are you :p
Yesterday at work was steady! A nice stream of work still coming in which is keeping me occupied. During my lunch-break I managed to speak to the owner of the hairdressers I go into, and had a bit of a chat with Claire, and managed to get myself booked in for Friday evening! RESULT! Also sorted out going to pick my brother up to go price a job up for Dee. Lee popped round for a bit, and it’s safe to say that not many folks at work seem to like his new motor It can only be expected I suppose. I think Marks words were “it has no character and looks hideous” Main thing is Lee likes it so thats that. I got bored with having the sam
This made me chuckle… 2007-11-27 11:12:13 On the Newcastle Fanzine True Faith, and it made me chuckle regarding the Liverpool supporters on saturday…
So it was the turn of the better half of Liverpool to climb over 15,000 stairs to the heights of the away end. As usual they brought their full allocation, but they seemed to leave most of their daft flags with the subliminal messages on them back in the European Capital of Culture 2008 (arf arf).
So although they brought the numbers, the noise was lacking this time. Usually they are very loud from kick off until the final whistle, but it took until they banged in the second goal before this lot got on their feet and started giving us their back catalogue about winning European Cups, Mascherano (oooooh-oooooh-ooooh) and even longer before we got the God awful Gerry and the Pacemakers number that gets on everyone’s wick. I once thou
Rocky vs Apollo… 2007-11-26 12:27:32 More on the title later!
Friday morning was pretty quite at work. Al had Thursday and Friday off, Brett was at a funeral and Karl was out and about in the works van down south delivering somethings. The morning pretty much flew by, until bang on 12 o’clock!! Thats when Sapa arrived with a loads of aluminium. Luckily there was not too much, and it was light enough to get off by hand. Oddly enough there were 3 of us with Crit helping the driver in the lorry. It’s always much fun watching the “team extreme members” Maddsy and Atom, cos their little legs looks like they’re gonna give way under them just like newly born lambs The first batch was light enough and we all carried them on our own. Then the fun was the next batch, which seemed about 15ft long Maddsy and Atom struggled to get their lot into the building, but me being me… my physicality took over, and I managed on my own ha ha ha. I then joked to Mark that he needs to impliment some sort o Read more:Rocky

Enemy Number 1!! 2007-11-27 02:54:54 So yesterday was a quiet one tbh. Work was nice and steady, and there all of a sudden appears to be a stream of enquiries from the website and so that kept me nice and busy, on top of all these things Mark wanted doing. Think Barbie is still busy on the online shop, and to avoid any abuse I’m leaving him to get on with it
After work I went over to my mums armed with my slow cooker, ready for some more savoury mince Our Stef was in which was unusual, and we both continued ribbing each other in the sibling way ha ha! Never got nice things to say to each other, but we never mean it so it’s all fun. My mum had been shopping for me, and got me a new t-shirt and jumper top that I can wear in town which was good.
Left there and headed over to the gym for 8. Was a decent workout on the chest, but the lack of gymage last week, meant it hurt a lot trying to top the weight from last week Still managed it tho, and I’m feeling it this morning Whilst John was Read more:Enemy

The Aliens are coming!!! 2007-12-07 02:46:39 First of all Happy Birthday to an old friend… literally an OLD friend Happy 29th Birthday Emma Derner OK It may be 28th, but you’ll always be more senior than me ha ha ha. Hope you have a good one
Last night was a chilling one. Went on Forza 2 for a bit, had some chinese, and had a good chat with a few people on msn, including Jeff.. a.k.a Rob Butterworth. He was going on about his iphone in the pub on friday, and how it’s got all this alien technology, and its brilliant and all that, yet it’s the size of a dustbin lid. Also it aint got bluetooth sharing on it! You can have bluetooth headsets, but cant send files *rollseyes* Bloody Aliens
… Cant get anything right!
An extract from Rob’s blog that made me chuckle….
My iTrip is working again, it’s been a bit tempermental because of the plastic Belkin case for my iPhone. I’m going to order a nice leather one from Proporta along with a Screen protector. I just need something

Newcastle Article.. 2007-12-06 10:59:33 Read this on the BBC website LINK and agree with most of it in principle. Maybe he’s gone a bit over the top with the whole “Shearer” thing Why would he settle for Ant n Dec! ha ha. As I have said before… I would love it if Newcastle
won every game 4-3, but i’d also settle for the times when we scrape out a 1-0 win, and play similar to the way they did last night! Hustling opposition players into making mistakes. The toon legend Peter Beardsley said last night that opinion seemed to be divided almost 50/50 as to what the fans would like to see. Open games where we lose 4-3, but play the sort of cavalier football that we became most famous for under King Kev, or grind out results the same way that Big Sam became famous for with his Bolton team. A physical team, that are comfortable on the ball, and willing to bleed for the team. I’ll just settle for a Newcastle United that play nice attacking football, but are solid at the back. Hear the St James’s Roar! 2007-12-06 07:28:45 Work was work yesterday. Nothing really to report. Lee seems to have settled in ok, and it’s continuing the countdown to christmas I think! Next to nothing seems to be coming in, but it’s been the same the previous 9 years I’ve been here. Carol made me a jacket potato and beans yesterday, and Maddsy seemed to have the hump on over this, as he turned round and said “I hope you choke on it” How very nasty indeed. Other than that I’ve been looking into the harassment laws regarding bullying in the workplace, and think something needs to be done. I’m getting fed up of maddsy bullying me and Crit, to make himself feel superior in someway
Last night we didnt go to the gym, cos John couldnt make it, and the same again tonight, so I went on Forza 2 for a bit (Giving COD 4 a break for a bit! It’s doing my nut in if i’m honest ) and managed to blast through a few career races, and step up a racer level from 30 to 31 (Crit seems to be Read more:James
Body says no!! 2007-12-05 06:33:09 Since last night I’ve finally realised that I am getting on a bit. My body is not made for some of the things i’ve been putting it through
Yesterday at work was just a continuation of database entering, with a break for dinner, when I nipped into town and paid the present off my loving grandparents into the bank On monday I did a CD for Carol which contained just 1 song on it, 18 times. This was because her hubby Kev had been winding her and their daughter Lauren up the wall by singing a few words from this Christmas song, so Carol thought it would be funny to do him a CD, with just that song on. She then put the CD on the seat of his car, and left it with a little note saying “Play me please”. According to Carol he phoned her later that morning in tears. He really couldnt stop laughing, and said atleast he will know a few more words to the song As a gift for this Carol brought me a box of Maltesers and a jacket potato with ham and cheese sauce,
Wiggy on the go… 2007-12-04 05:27:40 Yesterday was Lee’s first day, and it all went OK I think. He didnt seem too impressed when the senior members of staff in the office (Me and my boy Maddox) sent Lee on his way to the chippy at dinner But he went over non-the-less bless him. Not sure how well received he was by the rest of the workers, but he is having a laugh with me and maddsy, and getting involved with things already.
Maddsys Beemer was shagged yesterday, so he got Karl to give him a lift to work, and then asked if I could give him a lift home. It all hinged on what time I was going to the gym, cos I’d already said I’d pick our Lewi up about 5:30. Luckily had enough time to get Maddsy home safely, and then take our Lew to my mums. Waited round there for abit watching Rocky 3 as it was about the only decent film on any of the movie channels. My mum and dad came home, and once they’d sorted their tea out, I managed to sweet talk my mother and father into cooking me some mince in my slo
So what was that all about?? 2007-12-03 02:37:32 Not blogged for a while as nothing major has been going on if i’m honest! It just appears the same old stuff over and over again. Get home, gym, bed, work next day
Thursday night went to the gym, and we worked on the arms for only the 2nd time in the 6 or so months I’ve been going. It was agony, and having John tell me how to do the exercises when 30% deaf it was slightly odd to say the least. Took me one or two reps to get used to it, and I was able to muster up the power to complete every rep I wont lie, my arms felt numb afterwards, altho I managed to drive home OK. Got home and found myself watching telly for a bit, before finally admitting defeat in my battle over tiredness, and headed up to bed.
Friday was the typical friday. Not a deal happened to be honest at work, Karl and Brett were out down Wembley way or something sorting out the London Wasps Marquees, and I did anything that came my way, whilst Zoe and Atom are busy trying to redesign the packaging an

Wiggy’s latest statement. 2007-12-12 05:32:36 Wiggy would like to come forward and scotch any rumours that may have been started by certain people.
I categorically deny the use of any sort of “gear” within my training routine It’s pure sweat, and protein shakes baby
It helps when you’ve got someone helping you on your way like my mate Mr Motivator (see below) hahaha!
He has been a big influence on my lifestyle on the whole! Being my fitness instructor, personal stylist/shopper and nutritionist (altho I dont pay much attention to that part ) In fact we were reminiscing only last night, at when I first joined the gym about 6 months ago, and I had stick thin arms, and struggled to lift anything!
Anyway… I have not, and will not touch steroids in my aim to reach my goals (which I aint even set yet )
