Acura Wheels & Acura Rims 2007-10-12 01:50:18 Over the years Acura
has made 13 models of cars with many different types of wheels, including the CL, EL, Integra, Legend, MDX, NSX, RL, RSX, RDX, SLX, TL, TSX and the Vigor. Acura has phased out all models except the MDX, RL, RSX, RDX, TL and the TSX, leaving us these 6 models in the great line up of automobiles to choose from. The older phased out models like the Integra and Vigor came from the factory stock with steel wheels and wheel covers along with an added extra for the OEM Factory Aluminum Alloy Acura Rims. Some Acura vehicles have factory original wheels that are a chrome finish instead of the natural aluminum alloy finish. For the most part these rims were sent out at some point along the way to be chrome dipped and an after market center cap was placed over the hub area to match the new chrome finish. If you prefer this type of chrome luster, it is truly far better to have the original Acura Rims dipped in chrome than to go out and buy some generic after market wheels that Read more:Wheels

We have been developing our site for the past year and a half and it has been one long project after another. Everyone here has had their hand in this site in one way or another, from design ideas to the actual purchasing of our inventory. This has truly been a long haul for all involved. April, our in house web expert, has had the bulk of the burden on her shoulders, having to do all the tedious research on each and every wheel and rim right down to the exact details of finish and measurements for each application. Our hats off to April for her hard work Read more:Introducing
Proper Care for Wheels and Rims 2007-10-19 23:45:17 We field many phone calls each week with questions ranging from the best way to clean or polish rims to removing the brake dust and rust from their wheels. We will try to cover all of the possible questions that might arise as you try to keep your wheels looking as new as they did when they rolled off of the showroom floor.
As for Steels Wheels
that are usually covered completely by the wheel covers, it is not necessary to polish or clean this wheel. The only remote concern would be a little rust that may develop on older, classic steel wheels that would need removing with an abrasive wire brush and steel wool followed by some good quality paint to prevent further rusting. This situation is very rare and usually limited to antique or classic automobiles.
Chrome wheels on the other hand, are not covered or hidden by a wheel cover and do need regular attention so that they will not deteriorate or rust over time. When the chrome wheels are new, it is as simple as regular cleaning with soa Read more:Proper

Please feel free to contact us if something listed here is not clear to you or if we have not addressed a particular concern of yours about Wheels and Rims.
1) Determining Wheel Size The only way to figure out your Rim size is by locating the proper numbers and letters on the side wall of your tires. You should find something like, but not limited to, P205-75-R15. This example tells us that you have 15″ wheels on your car or truck. The last two numbers are what tells us the exact Rim size. Please do not measure your Wheels to determine the size. This will cause you many problems when ordering Wheels or Rims for your automobile.
2) Damaged Rims If you have minor scratches or

Arizona Buying Trip 2007-10-23 15:09:40 Just got back from Arizona
on a Wheel buying spree looking for as many Factory Original Wheels and Rims that we could find. It was a real tough trip as we went through several cities including Phoenix, Tucson, Chandler and Glendale AZ. to find some great inventory to fill our truck.
We ended up with a 26 foot truck load of Toyota Wheels, Ford Rims, Honda Wheels and Chevy Wheels to name a few. We also found a complete set of Classic Cadillac Wheels that are the true wire spoke type. This is the first set of these Cadillac Rims we have ever purchased for our warehouse. We are excited about getting these pictured and placed on our web site, OriginalWheels.com, with all of the specific information.
We plan to make one trip per month looking first at going to Texas, Oregon, Washington and Colorado in the next four months, so stay tuned and we will share with you about all of our travels. If you have any inside scoop on Factory Original Wheels for sale, please let us know.
