Thanksgiving 2007-11-22 18:53:42 The highlights of my day:
Seeing my cousins Landis and Steven
Mashed potatoes
Pumpkin pie
The snow
Spending time with Kat, Jei, Nicole and Jarren.
The downers of my day:
Seeing the rest of my family.
(Today I went to my Grandmother’s to visit. Tomorrow is Jei, Kat, Cole, Jarren, and Rue and I’s Thanksgiving

My grandmother’s racist birch tree.

My grandmother calling my mother a bitch right in front of Kat’s face. (After which we promptly left.)
All in all the pros outweighed the cons.
10 quick things I’m thankful for:
The fact that my mother and I will laugh about the smallest things. For hours on end.
Jei and the gentle way he takes care of me. Also the way he rubs his feet against mine in the morning.
Good food. Always thankful for good food.
My home is warm and it’s snowing outside.
My cats sleep on my bed at night cuddling in the middle of Jei and I.
Kat practically lives here.
