First off: Thank you so much to everyone for all of the comments, emails, text messages, and phone calls on my birthday! I love you guys so much! It was much appreciated. I thoroughly enjoyed my weekend, just chillin and relaxing. It was very much needed. Sunday’s church sermon stood out for me this weekend. It was all about taking risks and stepping out on faith. It came just in time, as I’m making some very risky decisions lately when it comes to business and work and grad school. I’ve had some questions on my heart that I just don’t really know how to answer… The main points of the sermon were: Risk is impossible to avoid. Risk is always present in the presence of ignorance. Risk must be embraced for the right reasons. mmm. what to do. what to do. I haven’t quite figured it out yet…but I know that God’s making moves… I Love New York 2 is coming on tonight. I made a video for Bri Bri today… ha ha! That’s two videos in one week and in the span of two days. Go watch yesterday’s if you haven’t.  They’re in the Video Section too. And if you are really trying to be about business, know that I usually post videos about a day or so before I blog about them. Watch out! I could be making one for you sometime too! *cheese* april’s got next. I’m gonna be better about having more substance in my video blogs. It’s just so much easier to do the quick ones. Top that off, YouTube has a 100 MB limit on the video, and I’m tired of it being choppy and fuzzy. I hate choppy and fuzzy video. It irks me. Maybe i need to just start hosting my own video…that’d be more bandwidth, but eh….whatever. People like sending me things for some reason. I think they know I have an online shopping addiction. Okay…okay…okay. I’ve been slacking on the CamCasts…but hopefully this will make up for the past month. I’ll do a longer one maybe later on this week. The plan is to do a new CamCast every week or every other week. This will help in preparing for the direction in which I want to take my blog…and the things that I’d like to do. As usual, the CamCast is added to the Video Page.Check out the other videos if you haven’t yet. I was trying to upload older videos, but that was taking a.bit.too.long. My bento sets are here!! You should have seen me jumping up and down at the post-office. They thought I was C - razy. In any case, while I was there, I picked up another passport application. When we went to the Bahamas in May, my passport and Gucci glasses were stolen. I was pissed that I only had those damn glasses for like…6 hours *the plane ride* before they were stolen. In any case, after I reported everything stolen, I finally got a letter in mail telling me to go ahead and reapply for a new passport. So I need to go ahead and get that done. You know… in case I win a million dollars, quit my job, and decide to travel the world. A ha. Funny. … but not really. Anyways, guess who’s finally potty trained. And NO, it’s not me @ Bri Bri. I really do need to figure out how I’m going to setup my workout schedule. Being in the gym 4-5 days a week doing the same thing puts you in a serious plateau. It sucks. So, hopefully the kick boxing will get me back in gear again. Plus it’s fun kicking away the day’s frustrations. Anyways, the sooner the better. Incog’s been my personal trainer when it comes to weights. But I’m thinking that I’m going to scale back a little on the weights. Great for gaining fat burning muscle, horrible when you get on the scale expecting to see the needle go down. I’m not going to do so many reps. I tend to gain muscle faster than I lose fat and I hate that. I missed "The Hills" last night, but I plan on catching up to my regularly scheduled Tivo programming tonight. Not Working

for the next two days. Ask me what I’m doing. Not.a.gat.damn.thing. promise. Okay, that’s a lie. I’ll probably end up doing some programming or something…NON.JOB.RELATED. We’ll see. I spent today getting my desk a little more organized. It was a straight mess. Working from home has its perks. But orderliness is NOT one of them. When I’m done for the day, I close the office door and run downstairs to be…away from work. But it’s hard to come back up here and clean. lol. Just horrible. But I managed to get a new printer stand, one of those cool little Spinworx organizers…a monitor riser so that I can stick the DSL crap underneath and the monitor and speakers on top. Now I just gotta get the couch + chair in order…. Somehow the office chair has become somewhat of a landing spot for one of my laptop bags and my mail. I come home, run upstairs, drop all of my stuff on the chair and vanish from the madness. I need to be b

even the name sounds expensive huh. my debit card didn’t know what hit it. brianna had hipped me to the microdelivery peel, so when we hit up the mall on Saturday, i made sure to stop in and snatch a pack. i managed to snatch a few other things as well. on our way home, we drove past that new atrocity that they’re building across the street. an A on my midterm. ha ha! Some Master’s courses don’t have Midterms like back in undergrad, but some do. And this one did. The last Master’s program that I completed was good for having final exams at the end of classes. UGH. I promise I was sweatin’ bullets because I ended my exam before 3/4s of the class last Monday. lol In any case…yay me. halloween parte…

that never was. We got there at about 11:30pm. It was crowded out front. As we were making our way to the front to determine if there was a greek line, they started pepper spraying folks. *cough* We stood around for 30 more minutes. ha ha! They brought out a helicopter. We went back to our car and sat around for another 30 minutes. We decided to hit up Dennys since ..”they’re open late”. We talked until about 2:30 in the AM. That was the fun part right there. We haven’t done that in a long time. It was fun walking in in our costumes. Folks looked at us crazy. I know that God is the only reason I got home, because I kept having to shake my head to stay awake on the (supposed to be) 45 minute drive. I drove about 80mph all the way home and made it back in 30 minutes. All God right there. That is all. *falling back asleep* Happy Friday! x0×0x0×0

I’m a big juicy couture fan. It’s a bad habit of mine when we go to the Camarillo Outlets to stop in the store and go through each and every new item that they have. lol I’m even on the email list and the mailing list. It’s a problem. I happened to be perusing ShopBop as I do every other day (*snicker*) and I ran across some cute items that I had to purchase. However…Juicy Couture Footwear is horrible. I really am. I purchased it last night…at about 2am. lol. I couldn’t help it. Leave me alone. I know someone asked if I was still breathing ..and the answer is YES! ha ha! It’s been a crazy past two weeks and I’ll definitely be explaining the drama in my blog, but…let’s just say that it’s all good in the hood and I’ve never felt so liberated in my life. Tomorrow night, Incog and I leave for Miss. to see his brother. I’m super excited. I hope to have lots of photos to share with you guys of our little adventure. And we’re back…

On a scale of 1 to 10, I’d rate the trip…. a 6/7. Thursday Night We let Bentley have run of the house, pretty much. He didn’t have access to upstairs or downstairs, but the living room and kitchen were all his. Friday Morning - midnight We got to the FlyAway on time, paid for tickets to get on, got to the airport in time…and this is where I encountered the first issue. We decided not to check our bags because we didnt really have that much stuff. 3 days equals 6 sets of clothes each…2 pairs of shoes…equals two duffel bags, 1 backpack (his), and 1 purse (well duh). When we went through the security scanners, we were held because of my duffle bag. I completely forgot about the 3 ounce rule…and I had brought a brand new bottle of Sephora Philosophy Vanilla Birthday Cake - Look Incog…only $16.00 USD. Anyhow…they managed to snatch that, and a few other philosophy products and toiletries totalling over $40 USD…I counted. An

USC’s Win over UCLA + Black Greek Parties

Yep…long ass *wink at saha* title huh. I was so happy that we beat UCLA yesterday, that I had to call Incog’s brother and yell into the phone. He apparently thought that we were going to lose. *eyeroll* But to be going to the Rose Bowl, is super cool. I’m glad we got into a bowl this year based on how we were playing at the beginning of the season. We’ll take it. Saturday night, Christal and I decided to go to the Alpha party at Cal Poly Pomona. Big.Mistake. We went to “Gorilla Monsoon” last year, and figured it’d be cool this year. But….ech. When we got there. There was a long greek line. They were letting people in by 5s, every 5-10 minutes. I’ve been to the new place like…5 or 6 times in the past two days. My purpose is to get all of the little things moved so that when Starving Students gets here on Wednesday, all I have to do is stand around and direct. *what I do best* I have a final tomorrow night, and I think I’m going to be taking a few semesters off from the Certificate program. I have a good 3 years to complete it anyways…*shrug*…why not? Luckily everything at the old place is pretty much…clean, so I dont have to do too much work. Incog will be backing up the rest of the office tomorrow… My goal tonight is to go through all of my clothes and separate out the Salvation Army stuff so that I can drop it off tomorrow after Boot Camp. I went tonight during one of my rounds to the new place, but the truck was already full, so I wasnt able to leave anything, and it’s all still in my car. Happy Birthday little one! Bentley is 1 years old today *people years*. He’s been a terror ever since December 6th, 2006. I picked him out of the pack because he was punkin’ the bigger dogs in the play pen. I’m not going to advertise the place I got him, because I had some slight issues there, but there’s another place out here that I want to get another one from in a few years. I’ve been referring folks to this place because they have a real family environment. I would have bought one from there, however, they didn’t have any available when I was looking… Anyhow, he’s been chewing up my Juicy Couture and tech gear ever since we brought him home.
