Well for the last couple of days i was the owner of 2 IPhones that came to my hand, so that I would unlock them for the owner, and I played around with them after I completed their unlock before sending it back, and here are my findings.The first one came to my hand before yesterday, it had firmware 1.0.2 so i started to unlock it, first I activated the IPhone which was the 8GB version by the way, then I unlocked it and inserted my Umniah sim in it, worked like a charm, I started to navigate through its menu and capabilities, and it was nothing compared to what i expected, a Total Waste of Money

All Unlocked Iphones are inoperable as Apple has proclaimed earlier because of the firmware update issued by Apple thus causing all unlocked Iphones to stop working permanently after the upgrade to the new firmware is installed on the IPhone, based on a BBC article. This proclamation proved to be true after the new Firmware Update 1.1.1 was issued and installed on several phones that are now bricked and since the software was tampered with in the first place the warranty is void unlike all the Arabian suppliers proclamations that the device is unlocked and sold with warranty, now there is a solution for this problem, that is easy to be done. For a while now I've been possessed with the idea of buying the iPhone
since I saw it a few days ago at a mobile dealer for my surprise unlocked which means it can accept any sim card although it was overpriced 750 jds (almost 1035$) it was fascinating to work on it and to have it in my hand.What surprised me really that it was unlocked as I know that Apple distributed it on contract bases with AT&T only and its locked to AT&T network, well it was bound to happen eventually that the iPhone will be activated for any sim and since day one a lot of geniuses are trying to crack its lock.My finding of such a device unlocked lead me to search for the ways to unlock it, because if I found a way then i would simply buy one for its true price which is around 650$ and unlock it, I found that still the way to unlock it is complex and the best one is using hardware unlocking method which requires opening your iPhone and soldering on the board and some IC and afterwards some software unlocki
