If the site that you are submitting to a free directory is PR – N/A then I suggest you, don’t submit. It is not going to work, in most cases your links will not be approved. Even submitting pr0 or pr1 sites are pretty useless, because most directories, free or paid sorts their directory listings by the means of PR. So if you have a new website that dose not have sufficient pr then it will go deep in the listings.
