Truly Madly Deeply 2008-04-08 19:47:51 I'll be your dream, I'll be your wish, I'll be your fantasy
I'll be your hope, I'll be your love, be everything that you need
I love you more with every breath, truly madly deeply do
I will be strong, I will be faithful, cause I'm counting on
A new beginning
A reason for living
A deeper meaning
I want to stand with you on a mountain
I want to bathe with you in the sea
I want to lay like this forever
Until the sky falls down on meAnd when the stars are shining brightly in the velvet sky
I'll make a wish send it to heaven then make you want to cry
The tears of joy for all the pleasure in the certainty
That we're surrounded by the comfort and protection of
The highest powers
In lonely hours
The tears devour you
Oh can't you see it baby?
You don't have to close your eyes
Cause it's standi Read more: Madly

So I'm an ENTP! 2008-04-16 15:55:59 I took the personality test at MyPersonility, which categorised me as an ENTP. This test is based on Carl Jung's theory of psychological types and the personality research of Myers-Briggs. Here's how they describe it:
ENTPs are logical, innovative, curious and downright inventive. They see possibilities for improvement everywhere and possess the ability to understand complex concepts. ENTPs are introspective and carefree nonconformists. They often neglect the more common areas of life while pursuing new solutions. ENTPs can be good conversationalists and exciting company.
Here's what Sandra Krebs Hirsch and Jean Kummerow says:
ENTPs are known for their quest of the novel and complex. They have faith in their ability to improvise and to overcome any challenges that they face. They are
The Philosophy Behind Love and Marriage 2008-04-17 20:42:41 One day, Plato asked his teacher, What is love? How can I find it?
His teacher answered, There is a vast wheat field in front. Walk forward without turning back, and pick only one stalk. If you find the most magnificent stalk, then you have found love.
Plato walked forward, and before long, he returned with empty hands, having picked nothing. His teacher asked, Why did you not pick any stalk? Plato answered, Because I could only pick once, and yet I could not turn back. I did find the most magnificent stalk, but did not know if there were any better ones ahead, so I did not pick it. As I walked further, the stalks that I saw were not as good as the earlier one, so I did not pick any in the end.
His teacher then said, And that is love.
On another day, Plato asked his t Read more: Philosophy
After the Flame 2008-04-23 21:36:00 How many days since we've spoken
How many times have you tried
To mend the pieces of my broke-broken heart
Don't tell me everything's over
Don't take the sun from my eye
It's much too late to be alone
When our love grows old
And the flower gets cold
I will scream out, should I live
Til there is no room to die
When the colors fade, on the world we've made
I will keep on trying, long after the flame is dying
Too late, too long to mention
Too wide to keep it inside
This renovation of my wound-wounded soul
You are the wind of adventure
You are the sun in my eye
You are the one who keeps me whole

New Hairstyle 2008-06-20 22:50:05 Long hair became my identity over the last two years. People used to recognise me as the computer guy with long hair. There were people who thought me as a poet, writer, singer, artist, photographer, and looked up at me with respect, while some gave weird looks and passed strange comments.
Anyhow, the big news is that my long hair is gone -- I got a haircut last week.
Now I do not have to tie my Read more: Hairstyle
Samsung E250 2008-07-07 10:42:00 I needed a second set for myself, so bought a cheap one -- Samsung
E250. It comes with all the stuff that I need, such as Bluetooth, EDGE, MP3/AAC support, Java, FM radio, and most importantly good looks... well, it has got it all.
It has a sucky camera (VGA, 640x480 pixels), but I'll never need to use it. My Sony Ericsson comes with a very good camera but I've hardly taken any shots with it.
Earthquake in Dhaka! 2008-07-26 17:57:00 I was lying on my bed talking to a friend on the phone, and I suddenly felt that the bed was shaking. Within 3 seconds, it stopped. My first impression was that a cat got under my bed and it was shaking it, but then I realised that it's impossible as the bed is way too heavy. (Plus there was no cat, I checked!)
I quickly asked my friends on IRC, and they said they felt it too.
So it was an earth Read more: Earthquake
Addicted to Flickr 2008-07-31 21:19:31 I've been using Flickr
for one and half year, and right now I'm completely hooked to it. I had a hard time to get rid of my Facebook addiction, but seems like giving up Flickr wouldn't be easy. But hey, I don't need to do so, cause it's helping me to improve my photography skills and acquire more knowledge on photo-taking techniques by seeing the works for renowned photographers from around the wo Read more: Addicted

Don't Quit 2008-08-16 11:04:13 When things go wrong, as they sometimes will,
When the road you're trudging seems all uphill,
When the funds are low and the debts are high,
And you want to smile but you have to sigh,
When care is pressing you down a bit - rest if you must,
But don't you quit.
Life is queer with its twists and turns.
As everyone of us sometimes learns.
And many a fellow turns about when he might have won had he
Are You On Twitter? 2008-08-29 16:08:56
You're no one if you're not on Twitter
And if you aren't there already you've missed it
If you haven't been bookmarked, retweeted and blogged
You might as well not have existed
In the old days it was all about achievements
Collecting all your trophies in a shrine
Then everybody came across the internet
And suddenly you had to be online
A home page was all you really needed
To seem like a succe
