I am not really a fan of selective colouring - but in this case I gave it a go myself. Simply dropped the saturation in all channels except the Red one to emphasize the fruit on the tree. Read more:Pomegranate

The contradiction comes from the hopper of freshly harvested Shiraz grapes and the Chardonnay grapevines making the backdrop.
