Google's Instant Messenger 1970-01-01 00:59:59 Google talkok. so I got this yesterday and spent some time on it talking to someone. Here's my opinion on it....It's aight! nah, the call opinion is cool and that's what I've spent most of the time on. It does cut off sometimes for no reason. It sometimes wont let me talk back to the person. Maybe that's because I'm on dial-up...I've not figured that out yet. That gets very annoying cause I end up talking to myself. It's really basic and it also doesnt tell you when someone has come online. Granted, at the moment, I only have 2 people on my list (I'm popular) but I'd like to know when a contact has either gone offline or come online. I don't feel like I'm asking for much. It also wont let you change backgrounds, font colour (that I know of), doesnt have emoticons and you cant have a display picture like on msn and yahoo and as far as I can tell, it doesnt log convos...the sounds are cool though and I dont mind them. Driving SUCKS! 1970-01-01 00:59:59 As you probably know, I've been taking driving lessons for a couple of weeks now. Yes, I know it's rather late for me to do so (for those who don't know me, I'm 34 years old, and never gotten my license). Well, I'm up to my 5th lesson now, and I'm TERRIBLE! My instructor, Lance, says I should be ready to take my test by mid November. As far as I'm concerned, I'll NEVER be good enough to drive! On my last lesson, he taught me how to parallel park, to reverse park, and to do U turns in the start of the street (there's a proper word for that, but I'm screwed if I can remember what it is). I can do the U turns pretty well, can parallel park OK if there are no other cars in the vicinity, but reverse parallel park? NO WAY! I have NO idea what he's talking about, that the side mirror has to be lined up with this thing, that the wheels have to be this far away from the kerb..uhh like I cant see the fucking wheels! I was lacking in my attempts to make sure I gave blood regular. Nurse told me it was nearly 2 years since I last donated. I got my free badge for donating. Chuffed, is me. I'm scared of needles but once you've got passed that horrid needle part, it's no problem at all. So everyone should head out to your nearest blood donation center and give up a pint of your blood. 2 more bodies found 1970-01-01 00:59:59 The case of missing/dead prostitutes in Suffolk, UK has taken another twist. So far, 3 bodies
have been found and today 2 more bodies were found. That's bumped the total up to 5 dead prostitutes. Police are saying that these 2 new bodies could be those of missing women Paula Clennell (24) and Annette Nicholls (29). They've been missing since sunday. You can read the story here. These killings are happening very fast. Hardly any break inbetween them and I heard somewhere that police think there could be 2 killers working together. I don't know if that's true but if you think about it, its possible. That would explain the speed in which the girls are going missing and being killed. Each body has been found naked. The first 2 girls were found near water and the 3rd was found near a railway line. These two bodies have been found on woodland.
