Most of the features allow agents and owners to customize the look and feel of the homes they have listed and allow limitless resources to be attached to a listing. It also allows agents to create a much better online persona than anything else available.
The easiest way to get started on the site is to sign up and check out the appearance of some of the listings and profiles already on the site. Not everyone will use the same features on their listings or profiles as others so browse around and see what others are doing. Once you look around, you'll have an idea of what you like and what you don't like. You can take what you like and do the same with your profile and listings.
Then, customize your profile and listings even further by adding your own stuff to it, perhaps something original that no one else has. Since entering in a basic listing into the system takes less than 10

Using something like MSN or Google Maps, input the addresses of the homes you've sold in past 12 months. As long time friends and successful real estate agents, we (Danilo and Tony), regularly discussed what was wrong with the real estate industry. We also talked about what our clients - home buyers, sellers, owners and renters - had said they would change about the real estate industry to make it better. We spoke with other agents and read personal and business real estate blogs covering issues, concerns and problems other agents and consumers were having as well.
Rather than continuing to talk about it and hear the same woes from other agents and consumers, we decided to do something about it.
