Me puede ayudar en español   Cuantas veces he contestado el teléfono y la persona que esta en la línea para pedir información para rentar o alquilar un Storage me pregunta si hablo español, apenas le contesto que si, puedes sentir la alegría de esta persona que finalmente alguien habla el mismo idioma que el o ella. Este cliente te agradece muchas veces por tu servicio y en la mayoría de los casos si le preguntas si quiere reservar un Storage lo hace por que sabe que de repente no va a encontrar otra persona que lo pueda ayudar en español.  Cada vez que tengo esta experiencia así, que un cliente llama para pedir información para alquilar un Storage y yo les digo que si, que hablo español, siento una satisfacción muy grande de poder ayudarlos, se perfectamente como ellos se sienten por que yo llegue aquí a los Estados Unidos hace siete anos y no tenia ningún conocimiento del idioma Ingles, me sentía como que había vue

Seguramente, usted ha experimentado en mas de una ocasión la frustración de realizar una llamada a una compañía para solicitar información para alquilar o rentar un Storage y que la persona que contesta el teléfono lo ponga en espera porque esta atendiendo a otro cliente, o que lo vaya a transferir con otro representante y usted fue participe de un juego de ping-pong mientras rebotan la llamada de una extensión a otra, o cuando finalmente le contestan el telefono y esta persona no le puede ayudar por que no tiene la información.   Quizás ha experimentado también que le contesten el teléfono y le digan que lo sienten mucho pero que la oficina ya esta cerrada y que llame mañana o que no le pueden ayudar por que no tienen ningún representante que hable el idioma español.
