Todas las personas que tratamos con clientes por teléfono que llaman para pedir información para rentar o alquilar un Storage hemos tenido alguna vez clientes difÃciles de tratar y la pregunta es como controlar esta llamada o que es lo que debemos hacer.
Para nadie es fácil contestar el teléfono y tener a una persona irritada en la otra lÃnea y sobre todo cuando tu solo estas cumpliendo con tu trabajo y alguien esta alterado o gritando por algo que tu no sabes o que no has hecho. La pregunta es que debemos hacer o como debemos controlar esta llamada.
Lo primero que les recomiendo es respirar profundo y no tomarlo personal, luego trata de escuchar al cliente sin interrumpirlo espera hasta que el cliente termine de hablar y luego le dices si lo puedes ayudar o no, no te irrites o grites al cliente, simplemente escuchalo, si no lo puedes ayudar trata de que el cliente entienda que si tiene un problema con su Storage tiene

Every year we hear from a few of our Storage Mart self storage customers who waited too long to get their Christmas presents out of their storage units. After the stores close around mid day on Christmas Eve, our call center is still answering the phones. Without a doubt we get a call from someone who forgot what the access hours are and canât get on the property because it is all locked up. Or we get a call from someone who forgot to pay the rent on the unit and canât get on the property because the access code was disabled.
They have their kidsâ Christmas presents in the unit and canât get to the presents. We know that they are fuming and nervous. We know that their children will be very disappointed. Occasionally we can find the local self storage store manager who is kind enough to go to the store to let the people in or rectify their payment situation.

day, blessed with white snow and the smell of a crackling fire. Carols, the songs of joy, play in the background. The tree is a magnificent site. The star is radiant on top complemented below by glistening tinsel and gleaming lights. Each ornament has a history and a story to tell about past Christmas memories. Underneath this spectacular symbol of bliss is nothing but a tree stand with Rover licking it dry.
