Avocado is considered to be one of the most healthiest fruits (yes, it is a fruit) due its huge content of minerals and vitamins. However, healthiest is it may be, if you search the web you wont find too many avocado recipes. The reason, to my opinion, is that the best way to serve an avocado is the KIS (keep it simple) way; sliced with a bit of lemon and a bit of sea salt.
Avocado has only one annoying thing though; it gets darken when sliced and put away for more then 15 minutes and serving dark avocado is anything but appetizer. One way to deal with it is to cover the sliced avocado with plenty of lemon however, no one likes too much lemon in the avocado for it is the avocado we want to taste. So, here is a great tip for all avocado lovers which works for all avocado recipes. It is so simple you’re not going to believe it is actually works. To avoid the avocado from getting darken, just put the avocado pit together with the avocado slices. That it!!! Try it and be amazed!!

Breast feeding is, even in our days, a critical stage in a baby’s life and should not treated lightly. The breast milk is, literally, the life source of our precious baby. Although a controversial one, there is a believe that the breast milk is very much effected by the food that the mother eats. Non of these affects are dangerous for the baby however, drugs are.

Baked Chicken Recipes - Chicken Paprika

This is one of my favorite baked chicken recipes. Not often I get to eat it since it is not kosher. However, for those who doesn’t care about kosher you will enjoy skinless, boneless chicken pieces baked in a rich sauce that includes sour cream, dry sherry, and water chestnuts.
Ingridients:
1 cup flour
2 1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
10 to 12 chicken pieces, skined and boned
1/4 cup butter
1 large clove garlic, finely minced
2 1/2 cups chicken stock
2 cups sour cream
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup dry sherry
15 water chestnuts, drained and sliced
Preperation:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees (). In a bag combine flour, paprika, cayenne, ginger, basil, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Shake chicken pieces, a few at a time, in flour mixture. In a skillet brown chicken on all sides in hot butter; transfer to a shallow baking dish. Saute garlic in drippings for 2 minutes. Stir in chicken broth,
