Agloco - AllAdvantage 2 2006-12-05 20:56:00
Does anyone remember AllAdvantage
? I don't as I was only 9 years old at the time. But it has come back with a new name and better service. For those of you who are still unsure of what I am talking about, Agloco is a service that pays you to surf the web using the Agloco Viewbar. Agloco works by paying out users a portion of affiliate fees earned from E-commerce sites when users make purchases. Agloco is also a multi level payout scheme allowing users to earn a portion of commission from referred users. At the moment, the Viewbar is in beta testing, but by signing up, you can get a head start on getting referrals.

Entertainment Center or Retail store? 2006-12-01 21:08:00
Verizon has opened a new store in Texas where customers can do anything from watch HDTV to download music. This new concept is designed to get customers to try out the latest products and make a decision on what product is best for them. This 5,000-square-foot store, in an affluent suburb between Dallas and Fort Worth, features 24 giant high-definition plasma TVs, 20 flat-screen computers, a video gaming nook and dozens of phones. Shoppers can compare different speeds for broadband connections or watch television delivered over Verizon's fiber optic system. Plus they can practice downloading music or videos onto their cellphones.Already this is proving to be a massive hit, with the store being crammed full of people in during the day. Lets hope this sort of thing comes to the UK soon.

YouTube - coming to a phone near you 2006-11-30 21:30:00
Yep thats right, one of the worlds most popular websites will be availiable on phone
s for a fee of $15 a month. Whilst YouTube
.com boasts a wide array of videos, subscribers to the mobile version will be limited to a selection of videos approved by companies. This new service will debut on Verizon, on a service they have dubbed VCast. Already critics are saying it won't last due to the small selection of videos you will be able to choose from, but who knows, maybe this will be as big a hit as YouTube itself. Only time will tell.

LG UP3Flat MP3 Player 2006-12-13 18:27:00
With the LG Chocolate mobile phone going down a treat all over the world, it seems LG are now exporting the chocolate love to MP3 players. The new LG UP3Flat is being dubbed as the Ipod Shuffle beater, due to its small, sleek size. Adopting the touch sensitive buttons that the LG chocolate had, this new MP3 player also has five side buttons that are needed for voice recording and playback etc. It also has a gorgeous black finish with LED lights above the silver volume which glow different colours depending on what you are doing on the MP3 player. It comes in 3 different sizes, 512mb, 1GB and 2GB and has a battery life of 10 hours. A truly sleek and stylish MP3 player in my opinion.

Google hold talks with mobile giant Orange 2006-12-18 10:37:00
One of the worlds most accessed website has held talks with Orange
about a multi billion dollar partnership to create a Google
phone, allowing users to search the web more easily. This joint venture could see the the use of mobile phones to access the internet become as common as using desktops and laptops.
Executives from Orange flew to Silicon Valley in California for a meeting at Google's headquarters where it has been reported that preliminary discussions were held.
Their plans centre on a branded Google phone, which would probably also carry Orange's logo. The device would not be revolutionary: manufactured by HTC, a Taiwanese firm specialising in smart phones and Personal Data Assistants (PDAs), it might have a screen similar to a video iPod. But it would have built-in Google software which would dramatically improve on the slow and cumbersome experience of surfing the web from a mobile handset.
Among the potential benefits are location-based searches: aware of your hands Read more:giant
iFrogz - Customize your own iPod cases 2006-12-19 13:30:00 You can create your own 3 component iPod
case here which is really cool. Their are over 1 million different combinations which can reflect your style and mood. The 3 components are wrapz, bandz and screenz.
Wrapz are the main case component of the ifrogz system. It covers the iPod only exposing the screen, wheel, headphone jack and other ports. Made from 100% silicone the wrapz are higher quality than other silicone iPod cases

Bandz are designed to cover all exposed ports from outside elements while using your iPod.
Screenz are a protective sheet of transparent plastic that lays over the whole front of the iPod, pro
Motrorola RIZR 2006-12-19 11:30:00
On first glance at an article about this phone, I thought the name had been spelt wrong. However, to my surprise, I was wrong, as I was unveiled the new Motorola RIZR, a new slide phone boasting a wealth of features and style. The first thing you are drawn to is of course the striking design, which I assume is in place as Motorola have finally got bored of flip phones. The controls are of the same quality and style the V3 and pals had, which are now as iconic as the name itself. The RIZR comes preloaded with two games, blockbreaker and Platinum Sudoku, and has decent sound quality for a phone. The 2.0 megapixel camera comes as standard which is handy for those spontaneous pics. It also has a video camera and voice recorder plus custom ringtones. Definately a must for those who want a phone with the latest design and quality features.

Xmas gifts - must haves 1970-01-01 00:59:59 With only 27 days to go till Christmas Day, I thought I would put some posts up about the must have gifts. The 1st gift I am going to recommend is the Nintendo Wii.Although lacking the power of the PS3 and Xbox 360, the Nintendo Wii is proving to be a major contender in the console wars. Recently released in the US, it has proved a huge hit with non-gamers and gamers alike, with its new state of the art control system. This new console is also compatible with the back catalogue of the Gamecube console, which produced some exciting games when it was top, but since then, Nintendo has decided to concentrate on its latest venture, the Wii.The Nintendo Wii emphasises fun, family gameplay and is a great console for any gamer. Compared with the Ps3, it is extremely affordable, and for that reason, I rate it as a must have gift this Christmas. The Nintendo Wii's new control system Read more:Xmas

Samsung F500 1970-01-01 00:59:59 This new Samsung
mobile phone is a 3g multimedia handset full of features. Its newest feature is that it is able to receive T.V. broadcasts, which was supposed to be first on the Nokia N92, but this has suffered setbacks. The screen on the Samsung F500 is a large 2.4" 240x320 pixel panel in 262,000 colours than can display video in landscape mode as well as operate more like a conventional handset in portrait mode. It also supports DivX video codec which enables the phone to playback MP3, AAC, WMA, DivX, MPEG4,H.264, WMV, WMDRM/MTP, DivX DRM, and OMA DRM media types. At this point, other details are still sketchy and there is no release date lined up. It looks as if Samsung are taking on the Nokia N92 with this beauty, and with its sleek design and list of features, I won't be surprised if Samsung come out on top.
