Freezing Frames in Starhub Cable Vision 2008-06-27 01:21:30 My old Starhub box failed to work just a few days before. So, I had a replacement box that freezes at odd intervals as if the channels are playing pirated DVD. Each and every channel is affected. Thus, it was brought back to Vivocity to get another box.
