Stern has alleged that Johnson has breached many laws by filming the whole surgery without the late model's permission. However, the doctor has defended himself and said that he always gets his patient's permission and promises to keep all tapes confidential 'during a patient's lifetime'. On August 3, the judge had issued a permanent injunction blocking Johnson's wife Alana from releasing the tape.
