Willfully takes us someplace cruel 2007-08-16 04:45:21 I have heard before that Hostel was a good horror-thriller. Since I love horror and suspense film, I won’t let this pass. I just watched it today with my headset. Of all the bloody movies I’ve ever seen, I think Hostel is one of the most disgusting, brutal and violent.
The film follows a trio of friends who are backpacking across Europe checking out all of the sites. As they head through their various tourist spots they come across a ‘pimp’ who tells them of this place that’s filled with hot women. Only when this trio gets there they find out they’re in for much more than lots and lots of naked women.

Bitterness 2007-08-13 01:52:53 If someone betrayed you, can you forgive them? Learning to forgive may feel like one of life’s harder lessons. So many apparently and logical objections arise such as “Why should I?…..after what he/she did to me!?”
On the other hand, long lasting resentment, bitterness, and hate is so hurtful and damaging, not only to your enjoyment of life, but to your health. Bitterness is eating inside and spoils your time on this Earth.

I’m in my Mid 20s 2007-08-12 08:28:59 I’m turning 24 yrs old next month. Being mid 20s, I’m getting more interested in skin care. I could see little fine lines forming on my forehead and under my eyes. In time, they will be a lot visible. Though, I am usually mistaken as high school (Ha ha, thanks for the compliments!), I still want look younger and healthier in years.

Take Away My Blues 2007-08-10 01:45:18 Have you felt blue all of a sudden? The everyday blues happens to just about every one once in a while. Most especially a week before my period, I got very emotional and sensitive. Suddenly it hits me, seemingly from no where and I feel a bit down. Sometimes I cried for no reason. Maybe it’s a left over from when I used to feel depressed. Perhaps it’s the weather or the time of year. Maybe I just don’t know why you sometimes get the blues but I just want a way of coming out of it quickly.
I knew these blues is not depression.
I’m not talking about clinical depression where I feel downcast and for weeks on end but just feeling down maybe a bit more than I’d like once in a while. If I feel terrible much of the time then I may be depressed and need to talk to someone who can advise me how to get the best possible help.

1408: Chills and Thrills 2007-09-13 00:57:37 The last film I saw that I was so scared that it took me for weeks of chills and terror was The Eye … until I saw 1408. I don’t usually get scared by anything but this movie really got under my skin.
1408 is a 2007 film based on the Stephen King’s short story of the same name directed by Swedish film director Mikael Hafstrom. The cast includes John Cusack and Samuel L. Jackson. It is a story of a man played by John Cusack who specializes in debunking paranormal occurrences checks into the fabled room 1408 in the Dolphin Hotel. Soon after settling in, he confronts genuine terror.

Been Quite Busy Lately 2007-09-11 01:03:13 I’ve been super busy lately. Well, I’m Back. My new job is amazing and it keeps getting better.
I am learning new things daily. I have loved the creative and challenging aspects. I cannot mention the details of the things I am and will be working, but I can share the experience. I have always loved working, achieving, “making something of myself”. It creates opportunity for growth and development. In a stressful day, I always find my way to relax: watch a good movie and drink my hot choco.
