This is my first time to share an English song here. I don’t know you know about her songs or you already her biggest fans? Her name is Alicia Keys. The first song I heard from her was A Woman’s Worth in her debut album Song In A Minor. I love that song very much, impressed! I feel it is unique and different from other R&B/Hip-Hop in US.

First of all, I would like to say thank you to Webmaster Malaysia, Lim CS & Exabytes for organizing the WebMaster Gathering for the first time in KL.The gathering was held at Starbucks cafe in KL Sentral. There were forum members, bloggers & software developers who attended the gathering. The presentation section from Hanson Toh (Google Malaysia), Najib (Drupal) and Gobala were the key attraction of the event. Well, you may think that this is a late post for the event but I am not going to talk more about the event. I would like to share what I learn from there. I went for this movie today with my girl today in Cathay Cineleisure Cinema. No doubt we were hoping for the exciting 3D action/animation pack to fill up our sight. I think this is one of the big movie that make people to walk into cinema recently as it was nearly full house there. The film is rated PG-13 for nudity, profanity and violence.
In the beginning of the movie, you already can feel that those people’s skin look like plastic and their eyes look weird..just like dead man. My first impression is, am I coming for a cartoon..something like Shrek? OMG….after that, a big and ugly monster, Grendel breaks through the door and starts killing people because of the noise from human. An action pack and sure, blood everywhere. I think I can use the word violence here. The monster is really ugly and still … look so fragile, feel like you can broke it’s bone with your fingers.

Disco Song In Office … 2007-11-28 20:22:44
I really can’t hold anymore! Can you believe this? Early morning in the office. The woman girl ( Because She is married and keep pretending and act like a 17 years old girl….) turn on the speaker and play those Disco Song. That really make me headache….can’t focus, can’t think…If I am allowed, I will go there and unplug the speaker and point to her nose ‘ask’ her to STOP!!! I really don’t know how to talk to such people. Come on, you are in office. Techno Music in the early morning? You just back from disco or you took medic? (I think you know what kind of pill I mention).
I really can’t stay in this company anymore… Let me tell you some incident:-
Can you imagine that a finance manager (40s woman) is telling her staff she want to go to toilet with ” I want to go to shh shh” in the open office.

Another good song from Fish Leong (梁静茹). Talk about her, I already since when I started listen to her song. I think when I was in secondary school. I seldom listen to local music actually but not because of I do not support local product. I prefer Cantonese song. However, there are still some of them are my favorite singers. My favorite female singers are Penny (戴佩妮) and Fish Leong. I like Penny because of her unique and special vocal and song presenting technique. She has the talent to come out with good melody and good lyrics. She is talented.
For Fish Leong, I believe her vocal is the main attraction and also the selling point. You can feel the sadness and sound like she always get flu. That made her voice unique and easy to recognize. If I am not mistaken, she start her career in Taiwan but not in Malaysia. This is because last time there is no Astro Talent and Superstar like what you all chasing now. They had a hard period of time to get their first album in Malaysia.

Well, according to previous post about the disco in office. Here I will share some ‘gang’ culture in the office. I admit that most of the company out there having this kind of issues or problem (Depend on how you define them). I can accept that IF there is only among colleague. But when it happen in company management, it is going to make me crazy.
You might remember those old post here about the dart competition and carom competition. During that time, I understand that the motive of the HR is to build up some team spirit. But, I still can’.see any improvement. Take the monthly development meeting as example. Until now, we still stand with our department and they stand with their gang as soon as we enter the conference room. Christmas is coming soon and my supervisor ask me to change the header for our company website to greet everyone. I started my draft and think. I always like white Christmas. So, no doubt. My design will go for white and blue. When I nearly finish the design. She came over and said that the design can’t be used because she don’t want it to be special for Christmas as we are in Malaysia. A season greeting will be enough. Then, I was thinking. Season Greeting. What should I put in for that? What kind of theme I need to use. According from her description, she what something like party, celebrating, some gifts, some ribbon and you know what appear in my mind? Haha … A lucky draw contest! A Perodua Kancil at the center and many gift boxes around. Haha…a big title above with shiny effects and blink blink like that…

WORDPRESS PLUGIN - POLL 2007-11-09 00:09:27
In terms of revamping Loon Design, I wish to do more survey to make my blog a better place for my readers. I install poll plug in which you can find it in the side bar on the right hand side of this web. You need to scroll down to see it as it is above the BlogRush widget. I spend about half an hour to put it on my blog. So, I guess it still consider easy to install and implement. You may need to edit some code in the admin panel. But don’t worry, it is simple and easy. They will guide you there.

Today I read from Wayne blog who mention something like like exchange indirectly. Which means when you comment in others blog who has installed the plug in, you will get a linkback. Cut it short, now, one comment = one link to your blog. Sounds cool right?
The plug in called NoFollow Free. It help to remove the follow attribute from your wordpress blog’s comments and the comments text. Start from now, you start earn a link from my blog when you write a comment. You also can comment more to be the Top Commentor to show off your name in side bar to claim a link!
You can also try this useful tools and looking for more comments in your blog. As a return, you are giving your visitors’ a link. Kind of good deal right? It is easy to install and manage.
