my first painting with acrylic. i am in the process of moving and thought the faster drying attribute of acrylics might be a bonus for the next few weeks. these are some student grade paints available locally, no time to wait for an online order to arrive. very cool to be able to layer color 2 over color 1 in a few minutes with no disturbance of the underlayer. new fun!8x6" acrylic on yupo

the reception was nice, wine and good snacks, and very crowded! saw several red dots. nice variety and quality of work, paintings, sculpture, "wire drawings", glass work, fiber art. i'm pleased to be included! the show runs thru march 11. Read more:drive
