In the suit, customer claims that: Unknown to the Plaintiff, and undisclosed to the public, prior to purchase, the iPhone is a sealed unit with its battery soldered on the inside of the device so that it cannot be changed by the owner. The Federal Communications Commission on Tuesday approved rules addressing some of Google’s concerns about the sale.  If it owned spectrum, Google might turn into a phone operator itself. Unlike Apple, whose cellphone is available exclusively through AT&T, Google is hoping that multiple operators will offer its phone. Google has invested hundreds of millions of dollars in the cellphone project, say people who have been briefed on it. It has developed prototype handsets, made overtures to operators such as T-Mobile USA and Verizon Wireless, and talked over technical specifications with phone manufacturers. It hopes multiple manufacturers will make devices based on its specs and multiple carriers will offer them. Yes i know each one of us think ourselves as the best driver on this planet. After salik is active i take Al Khail road, today morning i saw an accident between a truck and a mercedes sedan, it was bad but thanks god nobody was hurt. It came to my mind whose fault it could be and whats the right way to use the roundabouts, so i came to office and search on net. I found this very useful site. I admit i was not that much clear about round abouts before reading this. This site have complete details and have all the rules even for pedestrians and cyclists.
