New Lost Dharma Station 6, “the orchid” Video Sneak Peak!! IT IS CREEPY and FREAKY
2007-07-31 11:54:02
This just sent the HYPE factor ALL THE WAY UP TO GET ME THE FUCK OUT OF HERE. There are subliminal images of course about God, or this image of a building: then things get REALLY freaky. The scientist speaks of the Casimir Effect. This is long and winded to explain so you can read up on Wikipedia but what I believe will be of importance to LOST is this part:   Casimir effect and Wormholes Exotic matter with negative energy density is required to stabilize a wormhole[1]. Morris, Thorne and Yurtsever[2] pointed out that the quantum mechanics of the Casimir effect can be used to produce a locally mass-negative region of space-time, and suggested that negative effect could be used to stabilize a wormhole to allow faster than light travel. Thanks to Dave and Thomas for the Heads Up

National Treasure: Book Of Secrets - Trailer
2007-08-03 12:08:36
Treasure hunter Benjamin Franklin Gates (Cage) looks to discover the truth behind the assassination of Abraham Lincoln, by uncovering the mystery within the 18 pages missing from assassin John Wilkes Booth’s diary. - National Treasure: Book Of Secrets - December 21, 2007“   When National Treasure came out it was an obvious attempt to come in on the wave of the impending Da Vinci Code movie release. Turns out National Treasure was the better movie. It was what Tomb Raider promised to deliver, it had Nicolas Cage, Diane Kruger(YUM!), Jon Voight, and Harvey Keitel. It was a Bruckheimer production directed by Jon Turteltaub. It had a conspiracy theory that was more interesting and better executed than Da Vinci. I regret wasting my 10$ on Code and not on National Treasure. Now National Treasure: Book Of Secrets is coming out and here the trailer in YouTube You can view the QUICKTIME VERSIONS HERE

Read, Reading, Will Read…
2007-08-05 23:00:18
I just finished reading Taking the Red Pill: Science, Philosophy and Religion in The Matrix and boy that pretty much caped my reading material on The Matrix for a while (though I think I’ve said this before) and on philosophy. Reading philosophers justify freemarket libertarianism was enough to make me puke and then nit-picking every little scientific detail within The Matrix’s universe was giving me Trekkie flashbacks. Don’t get me wrong, if you love The Matrix and Philosophy (heh not a lot of folks like that out there) this book is a decent one but aimed at the laidback arm-chair philosopher. I’ve read much deeper material on the philosophical aspects of The Matrix. But after 6 books and countless essays on the subject I need a break. Plus I need a break from Philosophy as well. There’s only so much one can read. I have so many books on philosophy I have classified them by theme; eastern, western, pop culture, Buddhism, Taoism, atheism, etc. I even tried

Café-Bistro L’Enchanteur… Not Really Enchanting.
2007-08-11 20:55:41
...I suggest L'Enchanteur, to which I hadn't gone to in years and then I had only gone for breakfast – they had some excellent Eggs Florentine back then; which now has me feeling like Neo reflecting on the Noodle shop... it was all an illusion.

If you click on only one link, click on the first one. It's everyone's favorite crap-fest director we all love to hate completely losing his mind... again. Once again, comedy that writes itself. Why studios give him money to make movie still is beyond what my warped little mind can understand.
