Rory Cochrane CSI: MIAMI return - SPOILER
2007-07-23 12:56:34
Just in from TV Guide’s Ausiello Report, it seems that Rory Cochrane will be back on CSI: MIAMI (as previously talked about) as his supposedly dead character Tim Speedle! All I can say is how the hell are they going to pull that off??? The guy is dead. He was shot, we all saw it. Unless of course, as I mentioned before, he comes back as a vision or something like that. I have a funny feeling however that it’s not what the writers have planned. Well, now I really have to tune in to check this out!

Two join FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS
2007-07-23 12:37:34
Two new recurring additions to FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS this second season: Glenn Morshower (you might remember him as Aaron Pierce on 24) will be playing Chad Clarke, Landry Clarke’s (Jesse Plemons) father and local cop. Chad Clarke is also a former state champion Panther. I wonder if he is disappointed that his son, Landry, didn’t follow in his footsteps… I really liked Glenn Morshower on 24, so I’m thinking having him in one of my favorite shows can only be a good thing. Daniella Alonso (One Tree Hill) will play Carlotta, an in-home nurse who will help taking care of Matt Saracen’s (Zach Gilford) grandmother (who has Alzheimer’s). Could this mean trouble in paradise between Matt and Julie? To be honest I wasn’t a big fan of Daniella Alonso when she was on One Tree Hill. Not sure how her addition in Friday Night Lights is going to work for me. We’ll see, I’ll try to keep an open mind. Source The Hollywood Reporter

Brooke Langton in LIFE
2007-07-23 12:19:49
Life has found the replacement to Melissa Sagemiller who originally played the role of Constance Griffiths (the lawyer who gets Charlier Crews (Damian Lewis) out of prison) in LIFE’s pilot. Brooke Langton will take over the part. You might remember her from Friday Night Lights as Jackie Miller, Tim Riggins’ new neighbor (does that mean she won’t be back?). I wonder if they’ll die her hair blond? Anyway, I don’t mind her so, sure why not?! Source The Hollywood Reporter

On Tonight, Monday 7/23: KYLE XY, GREEK, and more…
2007-07-23 03:37:14
KYLE XY “Free To Be You And Me” - 8pm ABC Family Oh yeah, it’s Kyle XY night!! Will Kyle and Amanda finally get together? Here is my thought though, I think it would be awesome if Kyle eventually started liking Lori, I just think that personality wise they would fit better together. Actually I think that it might happen if the show lasts long enough. HEARTLAND “Domino Effect” - 8pm TNT I keep saying it, Heartland is an ok show, not my favorite but enjoyable to watch when I’m cooking for example. It’s always nice to see Treat Williams though. Note the different time slot. From now on Heartland will air at 8pm. GREEK “The Rusty Nail” - 9pm ABC Family If you haven’t watched Greek yet, I strongly suggest for you to tune in. I didn’t think I was going to like it at all from the promo, but turns out I love it. It’s funny, sweet and exactly the type of show that puts a smile on your face. Don’t be fooled by th

Rory Cochrane back on CSI: MIAMI
2007-07-23 03:24:55
According to TV Guide’s Ausiello Report, Rory Cochrane , whose character Tim Speedle had been killed off CSI:Miami, will be back on CSI: MIAMI. He will be appearing in multiple episodes this new season, first appearing in the second episode of the season. No word on whether Rory Cochran will be back as Tim or as a new character yet. First of all I would like to say that I was really upset when his character died on CSI: Miami because he was one of my favorites. Later on I stopped watching the show altogether (not only because he left, but because the show didn’t appeal to me as much). Now that they want to bring him back, I might have to tune in and check out the second episode of the season. Second, I really hope they will bring him back as a new character because there is no way to explain the return of Tim, no way for him to have survived, except if they introduce him as a vision or hallucination (or something like that) OR they could bring him as Tim’s twin brot

TCA Awards Winners
2007-07-22 15:36:53
The TCA Awards have finally been handed out and out of all the winners, I am happy that one of my favorites, Kyle XY, has been recognized for the great show it is (even if it is as an outstanding achievement in children’s programming, which by the way, I don’t believe it is only for children). Members of the Television Critics Association bestowed four TCA Awards on NBC tonight, including Outstanding Program of the Year, Outstanding Achievement in Comedy, Individual Achievement in Comedy and Outstanding New Program of the Year. In a ceremony introduced by John Oliver from Comedy Central’s hit series “The Daily Show with Jon Stewart,” NBC was the top trophy earner. HBO and The Discovery Channel came away with two awards per network; Showtime and ABC Family received one award each. NBC newcomer “Friday Night Lights” won Outstanding New Program and its series “The Office” was awarded Outstanding Achievement in Comedy for the second yea

John Stewart , Jack Black , Lionel Richie, Stephen Colbert, Matt Dillon, Kelsey Grammer, David Hyde Pierce and John Mahoney are among the upcoming guest voices on the 19th season of THE SIMPSONS airing Sundays (8:00-8:30 PM ET/PT) on FOX. 24 find its new President
2007-07-22 15:00:37
Six months before its highly anticipated midseason return, 24 has already elected Tony Award-winning actress Cherry Jones (”The Heiress,” “Doubt“) to serve as “President Allison Taylor” for Season Seven. The Emmy Award-winning series will reset the clock for “Day 7″ in January, Mondays 9pm on FOX. Jones, mostly known for her stage work, has recently appeared in feature films such as “Ocean’s Twelve,” “The Perfect Storm” and “Cradle Will Rock.” Her television credits include “Clubhouse” and “The West Wing.” So i guess the rumors were true, 24 will really have a woman as President this season. I give my thumbs up to 24!!!

Kerr Smith on CSI: NY
2007-07-22 14:53:28
TV Guide’s Ausiello Report announced that Kerr Smith (remember Jack from Dawson’s Creek?) will be joining CSI: NY as a recurring character. He will be playing Drew Becker: “an expert in forged documents and a love interest for Stella (Melina Kanakaredes). “Well, he pretends to be an expert in forged documents,” clarifies executive producer Pam Veasey. “He has a mysterious background that we are slowly developing. He’s a love interest who has an ulterior motive.”" I thought Kerr Smith was really good in FOX’s Justice, where he played an attorney, so I’m sure he will be a good addition to CSI: NY (even though I don’t watch it).

On Tonight, Sunday 7/22: THE KILL POINT, THE 4400, and more…
2007-07-22 13:35:08
SIDE ORDER OF LIFE “A Seperate Truth” - 8pm Lifetime After watching the first episode, I am willing to keep watching Side Order of Life. It’s really sweet and I think it has great potential. Tonight : Jenny volunteers to become a surrogate for Vivy after learning that stems cells from umbilical cords can treat some cancers. While on her first big writing assignment covering a celebrity couple and their new baby, Jenny uncovers a big secret. Ian’s frustration with Jenny grows. THE 4400 “The Marked” - 9pm USA The 4400 gets more and more intriguing. I absolutely love it. When you think that this show was only supposed to be a mini-series, I think it turned out to be a great show. STATE OF MIND “Between Here And There” - 9pm Lifetime Sunday is a great night for Lifetime, three of its best shows one after the other. I liked State of Mind better than Side Order of Life last week. Tonight: Ann enlists her cheating husband, Phil, to act like the

Mark Sheppard on BIONIC WOMAN
2007-07-21 18:02:00
Mark Sheppard (Battlestar Galactica, Medium) has been cast as a regular on BIONIC WOMAN. The character that Mark Sheppard will play is Dr. Anthony Anthros, “a possibly evil father of Will with his own background in Bionic history.” I am a big fan of Mark Sheppard, his portrayal of Dr. Charles Walker in Medium was one of my favorites recurring character in any show that I watch. Mark Sheppard is one of the best actors on TV, and I am so excited we will get to see him on Bionic Woman.

Dana Davis joins HEROES
2007-07-21 16:34:36
A new heroes character, Monica, has been added to HEROES. The new character will be played by Dana Davis , whom you might have seen in such shows as The Nine and Hidden Palms. No information about what her powers will be yet, but we do know that the character, Monica, “would give up everything to help the people around her.” There are so many characters added this season on Heroes that I am a little worried about what the show is going to turn into in season two. “CBS EYE-LERT” - Never miss the end of your favorite shows again
2007-07-21 16:07:10
In a first for network television, CBS today announced a new viewer-centric marketing initiative to keep audiences informed if their favorite television show is delayed due to sports or news overrun. CBS Eye-lert, which launches this fall, will enable viewers to be notified via email and text message if the start time of a program will be delayed. Through the coordination of CBS Interactive, broadcast operations, email and phone systems, viewers can subscribe to CBS Eye-lert by registering on CBS.com, CBSNews.com and Sportsline.com. This fall, when an NFL game runs beyond 7PM ET, thus causing a delay on the Network, viewers will be notified by email or text message prior to primetime and again once the specific start time of the primetime show has been determined. That way they can adjust their viewing or recording plans. “Scheduling delays from sports overruns and breaking news are a fact of life in network television and the CBS Eye-lert is a great way to reach audiences

SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE - Top 10 Review
2007-07-26 01:22:13
Mia Michaels is a judge tonight, so no choreography from her. Individual performances were choreographed by Wade Robson. Song: “Waiting On The World Yo Change” by John Mayer get it on All and all tonight’s show was ok, but not my favorite. I don’t know why but tonight I did not agree with the judges on most things. I guess it’s a good thing they don’t decide who goes home anymore. Moving on to the review: PASHA PKOVALEV & LAUREN GOTTLEIB - Hip Hop Choreography: Shane Sparks Music: “Fuego” by Pitbull get it on Thoughts: Holy Crap! This was sooo good. And Lauren just moved up on my list, she was amazing. And Pasha, I have to give him props, he did really good for a non hip hop dancer. He totally got into it. Rating: 4/5 Video: Lauren and Pasha Week 6 JAIMIE GOODWIN - That girl brought it. Wow, she is so good. Video: Jaimie Solo Week 6 DOMINIC SANDOVAL - Not that good. Too stiff for me. Harold Perrineau will be back on LOST
2007-07-25 22:05:31
All you Michael fans out there, rejoice for he is back! Executive Producers Carlton Cuse and Damon Lindelof have let it out at TCA that Harold Perrineau will be back next season on LOST. I have been wondering whether or not Michael was going to make a reappearance any time soon, turns out he is. I cannot say that I feel any excitement, I haven’t really been attached to the character so, I guess it’s cool. I do like Harold Perrineau (I still think of him as Mercutio in “Romeo + Juliet”…) Anyway, so keep a look out for him this season. I might also have more news about this at Comic Con. The Lost panel is tomorrow night, so chances are…. (Source E! Online’s Jennifer Godwin)

Comic Con here I come!
2007-07-24 19:34:28
Only two days until Comic Con! Can you tell I’m excited?!! Some of my favorite shows will be there, like Lost, Heroes, The 4400, Eureka, Battlestar Galactica, Smallville, Jericho, as well as some new shows like Bionic Woman, Pushing Daisies, Reaper, Chuck, The Sarah Connor Chronicles. While I wish I could attend all the panels, there is no way this is possible, unless I can split myself in two (note to self: start working on the splitting project), but I’ll definitely attend as many as I can. I’ll also update you guys on everything that is going on while I’m there. Probably some of it on Twitter (which I’ll link on the site) so you can follow my every move. Stay tuned!

HOUSE - TCA Press Panel - Season Four News
2007-07-24 17:27:59
Frank Micelotta ©2007FOX BROADCASTING At the HOUSE TCA Press Panel a few news about Season Four were revealed: When the season starts, Cameron, Chase, and Foreman will be working somewhere else (don’t worry they’ll be back). Chase and Cameron are in Arizona and Foreman is doing diagnostic work at Mercy. Forced by Cuddy, House needs to find replacements for Cameron, Chase, and Foreman. House sorts through 40 candidates (God only knows what type of traumatic experience these poor candidates will have to go through.) Katie Jacobs (executive producer) mentioned something about a “makeout session” for Cuddy. It’s about time!!! From what I can tell, House is coming back full force!!!! Oh Yeah!!! Michael Rapaport joins MY NAME IS EARL
2007-07-24 12:15:01
Michael Rapaport (The War At Home) will be joining MY NAME IS EARL this new season as a recurring character. Michael Rapaport will be playing an inmate at the prison where Earl (Jason Lee) is incarcerated at the beginning of the season. I didn’t watch The War At Home, but I like Michael Rapaport. I have a good feeling about him joining My Name Is Earl. Source The Hollywood Reporter

On Tonight, Tuesday 7/24: DAMAGES, EUREKA, and more…
2007-07-24 00:36:42
ON THE LOT - 8pm FOX On the Lot is getting close to the end. Two more contestants are going home tonight which leaves only 6 directors remaining. So far, my favorites are still in the competition, so we’ll see what happens tonight. Tonight , the remaining six will show their short romance film. That is bound to be interesting. EUREKA “Unpredictable” - 9pm Sci-Fi Yay, Eureka is back tonight. I think we all know how I feel about Eureka, my feel-good show. So far I am not disappointed in this second season.   THE BILL ENGVALL SHOW “Aloha, Raffles” - 9pm TBS After watching the pilot last week, I have to say I am not convinced. I just don’t think this is my type of show, it didn’t appeal to me, but I can see why some people would like it. So for now, no more The Bill Engvall Show for me. SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE - 2 gone, 8 left
2007-07-28 01:16:15
Kelsey McNeal/FOX ©2007 Fox Broadcasting Co. The dreaded night is finally here. Two more contestants eliminated tonight. The night started with another Opening Number. Opening Number with the top 10 - As I was watching this, I could feel that Mia Michaels had something to do with it. It was so original and beautiful and don’t get me started on the costumes. Choreography: Mia Michaels Music: “The Moment I Said It” by Imogen Heap get it on Video: SYTYCD Opening Week 6 BOTTOM TWO WOMEN: JAIMIE GOODWIN - I was really sad that Jaimie was in the bottom three, and that she got eliminated. I really felt she was a strong contestants and I just think she is such a beautiful dancer. I have a feeling this is not the end for her, plus she will be touring. And of course her solo was nice too. Music: “Your Ex-Lover Is Dead” by Stars get it on Video: Jaimie 2nd Solo Week 6 (more…)

LOST - Comic Con 2007 Panel
2007-07-27 03:30:11
Wow, so the first day of Comic Con is over. I attended the LOST Panel and wished we had gotten more scoop about Season four. I didn’t feel like they gave us that much insight into what we can expect from Season Four, especially with the news about Michael (Harold Perrineau) coming back already announced yesterday at the TCA, there wasn’t much left. I think another part of it is the fact that Lost won’t be returning until February 2008. This means they haven’t started shooting yet, although they have started writing, so there isn’t much to say as of yet. Here are some of the things they did talk about and the videos they showed us: The panel started with a video of a bonus feature from the Season 3 Lost DVD (coming out December 11th). (People screamed a lot as some of our favorite actors appeared on screen…) Damon Lindelof and Carlton Cuse come on stage. They show us a clip of the Lost video game. I heard someone behind me say that they will bu

SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE - Review Coming Up
2007-07-27 02:49:13
Just to reassure you guys, I did watch SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE tonight and will have a review for you as soon as I can (probably tomorrow). But with Comic Con I’m a little busier than usual. There should be some interviews coming up soon too, so stay tuned.

Interview: KAMERON BINK from “So You Think You Can Dance” Top 10
2007-07-30 21:46:25
And here it is, the interview of mister Kameron Bink who was eliminated last Thursday on SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE. Kameron Bink has been trained in many different styles including Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Acrobatics, Hip Hop and Contemporary. He categorizes his dance style as Hip/hop and Contemporary. What could I say about Kameron except that he was fun to talk to. He was in a really good mood when I talked to him (which he attributed to Jaimie) even though he had been eliminated the night before. I felt very comfortable talking to him, and he was lots of fun and super nice. I wish we had seen more of his personality on the show, because I don’t feel this side of him came out as much. I had such a good vibe from him that after talking to him, I know that I’m going to miss him even more from the show. Moving on to the interview: Daemon’s TV: Hello Kameron. How are you? Kameron Bink: I’m doing good, how are you? D: I’m good. You know you guys are the happi
