That was in malayalam , one of the regional languages in India. I went through the same and then clicked on the title which led me to a site with lots of boxes around. I installed the font and started reading.. then suddenly i saw the create blog link on the top of it.. rest was history... No one was there with me, to teach me what to do, how to proceed.. i patiently went ahead read them all.. started experimenting.. and am here.. writing on a notepad ++ and posting directly into the blogger... In the initial days it was a facination to see my stuffs getting listed in the blogg rolls.. then i realised (and accepted) the time lag between hitting the "publish" button and my stuffs appearing on the listing site.. It was to ICICI prudential life insurance. He want to become a comiision agent/ Advisor there. He payed Rs. 500/- for which no receipts were issued... after a couple of months there is no reply from the bank.. So he went ahead and contacted them.. NOGO..! he was not even able to talk to the manager/ or head of that branch.. Dint i mention this happened in ICICi prudential in Alappuzha. The guy who was sitting there was the best example of the customer service guru.. the reply from him was something like this. " You lost money? what can i do for that? Here is what I heard last day..One guy, we call him "Ikka" went to delhi to attend the interview,(this was way back in 80's) he gave his Bio-data(know this word?? you call it CV or Resume these days) and is waiting for the interview.. The interview board is a single membered one that day, and it was the MD of the company who is conducting the interview ..So it was Ikka's turn and unfortunately MD got a natures call.. and he was rushing to the "LOO"."Get in and take your seat".. MD asked Ikka... after being comfortable, MD is back.. when he opened the door he was dumbed at what he saw... Our Ikka is sitting in MD's revolving chair(these type of chairs were rare those times)..He was thrown out.. When his friends asked what he have done, he said..
