After the fight between Gina and Felice, some of the girls in the house decide to go out partying in celebration. The next morning Master Toddy punishes the girls for going out. Dawn and Jeanine are selected to battle each other in this episode. Jeanine later finds out that she will have to drop 12 lbs only a few days before she can fight and deal with the way her mother feels about her fighting while trying to focus on the fight.

About Fight Girls

Last summer three female fighters attempted the impossible - to beat the best in the world in a battle for the World Championship belt in Muay Thai. They put their dreams and determination in front of everything else in their lives. Now, the 3 will get a shot to avenge their loss- and 10 new girls will get a shot at their own dream. This is FIGHT GIRLS - the series.
At first glance, these young women are as normal as you canget - mothers, daughters, sisters, girlfriends and wives. They have day jobs, night jobs, no jobs - but they all have the same dream - to be a great fighter.
These girls have made the biggest decision of their lives - to come to Vegas to train for the championship under 3 mentors and the Muay Thai legend Master Toddy.

Gina and FightGirls on Oxygen

I’m not sure how many of you caught the new Fight Girls Reality Show on the Oxygen
Network. The theme of the show (as well as the video editing) is very similar to Spike’s The Ultimate Fighter reality show. However, the most notable difference between the two shows are the female competitors fighting for an opportunity to compete Muay Thai in Thailand.
Truthfully it feels a little strange watching the Oxygen Network… I try to keep my TV’s remote “jump button” to the Spike TV just in case I get caught watching a “Women’s Network”. But all kidding aside, these girls will redefine most people’s perception of a female fighter. These girls are very elegant, well articulated young ladies with a lot of heart. If you find the time, check out the show tonight and on future Tuesdays - 10:30pm / 9:30 Central. And remember to take a look at Gina Carano, one of the show’s mentors to see what I mean about redefining the female fighter.

Oxygen’s latest reality series stars Felice Herrig of northwest suburban Buffalo Grove, Illinois.Airing through the summer, “Fight Girls” follows 10 young women who are training in Muay Thai or Thai boxing. They live together, work out under a Martial Arts Master and then face one another in the ring. Only five have the skill, stamina and mental strength to earn a spot to travel to Thailand to compete in the World Muay Thai Championships. They each face Thai fighters in elimination rounds. Felice, who competes as a boxer and a kick boxer, has earned a trip to Thailand, but she cannot reveal yet whether she wins it all.
Felice is a 22 year old and works at a salon in Wheeling, giving facials, manicures and pedicures. She takes time to fix her hair and makeup before each fight. In the July 17th episode of Oxygen’s Fight Girls, Miriam Nakamoto fought Jennifer Tate. Going into the fight, there was a lot of in house drama targeted against Miriam. All of the remaining girls in the house had a clear dislike for Miriam… possibly due to her desire to spend time alone, maybe for the male friend she found while on the trip, or possibly for reasons we do not see on camera? But this is nothing new to Miriam. Miriam stated that she had a tough upbringing - she was in and out of juvenile dentention and outcasted by her parents.
But enough about the drama… what about the fight? In the first round Jennifer Tate was clearly dominant. Jennifer pushed forward and was landing a lot of punches.
