Another week wasted!
2007-09-26 05:08:22
Another week, 3 days so far, working and sleeping. What is it all for? I’ll tell you what, the reason we do all these things: For our loved ones. I work 5 days a week and anywhere up for 5 nights a week. All the money I earn goes towards rent (paying off my parents house slowly lol), taking my other half out (one day I’ll have enough to take her to Café Rouge) and going up the public house to drink with my close friends. But in the end, all this work for a few hours happiness? Bit harsh but if we didn’t have to work the few hours would turn to a life time and you would get bored of it. I myself hate work but see the reasons for it, if I ever win the lottery then that’s when it gets fun…. What I would buy: 1. A llama 2. 3 pints of absinth a month 3. Another Llama 4. A big house 5. A bigger house 6. A massive house to put these houses in 7. A swimming pool 8. A Bigger swimming pool 9. A small monkey 10. A pool for the monkey 11. ½ of cornwall 12. Windows Vista (so I can say I

Ashop for everything
2007-09-24 09:03:06
Today I have been looking into the wonders of ecommerce software, for the people who don’t know what that is, its when you get on the interweb with your magic light boxes and speak to the magical pixi’s who live inside of it. That aside, I have been looking into this for a good reason, I have been ask to set up a number of sites over the next two months including two sites which sell valuable items… autographs. Fun huh? So I decided to goto google and try my luck, so I stumbled on Ashop, now I know what your thinking, another “look at it its pretty post”. I will admit I found the site quiet intimidating at first, just looking at it, it was all bunched together. I mean in the sense of text, I know this site is pretty bad in itself but I honestly don’t like 3 different bits of text relating to 3 different topics put into one small square and separated by… about 1cm of nothing. I decided to give it a try anyway, after the first “omg close text” I decided to have a look a

2007-09-23 04:21:42
Now everyone knows Im into these crazy things, but this puts a whole knew twist on things, Vision Bedding is a site dedicated to designing bedding, you can put your own pictures on them. Which is a funky idea, so many people want something they can both use and look at and say “yup I went there”. I have looked over the site, its nice and simple, but its alittle “busy” for me, but I do like the ease of payment (paypal) and its quick to order aswell, but I was impressed when I saw “As seen in LA Times & on VH1 Reality TV” now that is some good advertising. I just love the idea you can get picture blankets for a good price, normally you would have to goto a specialist, they would say “right it will take 4 months and $600 - $1000″ but these guys are quick, cheap and have a good, polite way about them. All I can say is if you want one go for it, this company is the best you can get.

PPP the way to bbb
2007-09-21 03:00:09
More and more I’m trying to actually make something of my blog, I have finally found another good pay per post site, and this one is awesome, you don’t have to wait for. At last a good blog marketing site which allows you to make friends and make something of yourself. Now don’t get me wrong, I looked at some of the earnings, I would never be able to make $1,600 a month from this, I don’t have time to post like 2 a day but still, $6 per post, that’s still what? 6 x 7 = 42!!! (good to see my high grade maths has come into play at last) a week. PPP is by far one of the best I’ve been approved for, it has open opportunities for everyone and it actually makes you want to post and improve your rankings on google etc, also its actually really friendly. Id say Sign up today, get your blog approved then start posting. I’ll give you a example of how good it is: I have signed up with other paid to blog sites, I have to wait for e-mails to be sent to me to accept new tasks,

Home improvements can be a pain in the … well you know, and trust me I know too. Most of mine have been left to the last minute and almost always paid for by the landlord (only joking), but I just wish getting it all sorted was as easy as it is now, I know a few people currently going with a number of different companies getting their houses up to date either to sell or just to make them feel better about their house, but current Home Improvements. can be a nightmare and dig into your savings, until this one was brought to my attention (and yes this IS being used by someone I know). Anglian home, a company which has been running since we won the world cup (do the math says both 1966 and 1969 before you start shouting at me), a friendly business which actually has a lot of choice and allows you to get a free quote and actually has good offers. No offence to other companies, but I remember when I was living in a nice house, something went wrong, it cost us around £50 for a quote….t

The P Word Part 4 - The end
2007-09-17 05:04:46
Thud!! The sound I wish woke me up, but I missed it, Kev during the night had fallen between the beds and climbed back into bed. That aside we woke up at 9am, hung over slightly, but ready for a day of exploring, started to get ready, showered, got dressed then went for the door. As it opened I was thinking “why is everyone standing outside my door?” then I heard something I didn’t want to hear: “Have you seen barrys passport” Wow.. what a interesting question for first thing in the morning: “Um… no?” “Well its gone missing, if someone has taken it give it back now” “Wait what? Isnt it in the safe with everyone else’s?” “We checked that, by the way, wheres your passport we cant find it” Everyone just looked at me, thinking “not another one” I just turned, walked into my room and pulled out my Passport saying “I like to keep it near me at all times”. That’s right ladies and gents, my brother had lost this passport.. in a different country. We turn

Buy Led Zeppelin Tickets
2007-09-13 04:18:51
Buy Led Zeppelin Tickets - type it into google and be confronted with fakes! Well, one of the biggest gig’s of our history is coming up very soon whilst 1000’s of fans attempt to get tickets to this once in a life time show. “Led Zeppelin are preparing to perform a one-off reunion show in memory of their former record boss, according to reports. Led Zeppelin are regarded as one of the first heavy metal bands. The band are expected to reform in London for the one-off show with singer Robert Plant, bassist John Paul Jones and guitarist Jimmy Page being joined by late-member John Bonham’s son, Jason.” Now I wont lie, I would kill for this, I would even pay the £120 they are asking for. But alas I cannot afford it this month, but this is not what I’m gonna talk about today. I’m here to talk about the companies attempting to rip off Zeppelin fans. Many websites are offering Zeppelin tickets be they real or fake packages, now normally this is ok, you can get in their

The P Word Part 3

We left the shooting range, my mind still hooked on the guns I had just went ape with, carrying the targets around we headed to the underground to the tunnel of doom (the metro), we boarded the hellish train and headed south…or north (or was it east? Maybe west… I don’t know), we ran from the hellish hell hole of hell and meat chunks of pineapple to the stairs, now I know I shouldn’t but there were many a giggedy moment, I lost track at the amount of times Rob and Carter would cat call the girls as we went up the stairs. That aside we approached a big mall, now I was surprised at this, it looked small, but when we walked in I noticed the 3 other floors above me and 2 below, it was big to say the least. We approached what should have been a escalator but it was a slope! No stairs on this bad boy! We leaped on the slope of death and as we went up we had trouble staying upright, well I did, and it had nothing to do with the drinking we had done the night before…. Much… Anyway

Second-grader Seeks Lightsaber
2007-09-10 08:09:47
Labor Day has come and gone, and now our eyes move onward to sweaters and sweets in Pumpkin-shaped containers. We are at the top of a hill, bracing ourselves for the slide down into the end-of-the-year holidays. Our credit cards, no doubt, will serve as our sleds and carry us from cob web to candy cane. So, before we white-knuckle our way through the merriment, consider a time when we had fewer concerns. There was a time when the decision at hand was what Star Wars costume would garner the most goodies. I chose Darth Vader. It was second grade, and Michael Dorn also chose to adorn himself as the Diva of the Darkside. “You’re a girl,” the wanna-be Storm Troopers cried. “You can’t be Darth Vader.” I only wish I had the presence of mind at that tender age to say, “Oh yeah! Well this lightsaber up your butt says I can! So, why don’t you shake your Cookie Monster ass on over to the monkey bars before I turn you into a furry blue nigh

The P word So there I was, I put my earmuffs and goggles on, I felt like a real pro… placed in front of me was the lowest caliber they had a *cough*.*cough* and he said “YOU AIM TOP LEFT HEAD” so I did, slowly shooting my first gun (yey) I got 4 head shots and decided to go for the heart…missed.. the paper man obviously had a heart of blackened tar and a soul of pure evil as he was still standing after my first onslaught. Then the second gun was in front of me, it was nice, very nice and with the shout of “RIGHT BODY!” I opened fire attempting to floor the second paper man, every shot hit, this paper man should surely die, but no he still mocked me, as the crazy gun ho guy behind me got my glock ready (YEY) I was watching the advance of the paper army being stopped in their tracks by Rob and Carter when suddenly a shell came out of no where and smacked me in the face, normally I wouldn’t care but it burnt like hell! Then it was placed in front of me, the glock I will say

The pictures really do move
2007-09-05 10:08:49
Ok, 2 posts in 1 day, crazy I know but hell I really don’t want to do any work. Ok I have been asked to look at this site Digital framez, now I wasn’t going to try as I was expecting something completely different, I have always wanted one of these since I first saw one in France, but that aside, I’ve now been looking at this site for about 1 hour and I really want one. Anyway, the site reminded me a lot of the veoh website, simple and stylish, but very professional. Looking at the site it goes to show that even the most random object you could own is affordable, and I really am tempted to buy one of the 7” frames. What more could you ask for? A photo frame which changes so you don’t have the same old picture in it every day. For people not following me, picture a slide show on myspace, showing all your most precious or stupid moments all in a digital picture frame. Talk about cheap aswell, £50, 7” picture frame which stores jpgs and mp3s… I now love living in this w

Aiming for a world record!
2007-10-01 08:27:33
Morning all, better keep this brief, I only have 7 mins before I have to go back to work…. damn ti At this present moment in time I am currently attempting to break the world record of spam comments on one site, I have got to around 1435 comments, way off the record but meh, its all fun and games isnt it. I have recently set up a sales point on this site, the blog for cash link on the side ( click here ) it only costs $5 but it also gets you $7.50 as soon as you buy it and follow step one. So your making $2.50, and if followed 3 times a day 5 days a week you can earn up for $1000 max a month. Not bad for $5 huh? Its so simple to use aswell! go for it (sold 20 copies of it and 16 of them have already made $80-$100 in 3 days)

Earn Extra Cash without spending a penny
2007-09-27 05:36:10
As many of you have noticed, the site is mainly going towards promoting etc, there is a reason for this… Im poor lol. Im not going to advertise anything on this post but I need to explain quickly that the posts with links regarding different products are each getting me anywhere from $10 to $20 a post, 2 or 3 a day and 5 a week your looking at $100 - $200 a week is excepted, so $400 - $800 a month. Its not much, but thats a extra £200 - £400 in english terms a month ontop of my £1100 ($2200) so you can see why I have kinda sold out. Want to earn $800 a month extra without having to phone anyone? Want to earn $800 a month by typing around 400 words a day? Want to earn $800 a month minimum? Want to know how to do this? I wont lie to you, it will cost you $5, but his money goes towards my website and also you earn $7.50 as soon as you complete step one… so your actually making $2.50 before you start. If you want to try it, Click here and make your life alittle easier

Poker Revisited
2007-09-27 04:12:40
As you all know I play poker and deal for my brothers company. I reviewed a site ages ago called Mac poker Online. I have used it many times to teach new comers to play poker, and as I originally said: Mac poker Online is a awesome online poker database (in a sense) which offers not only the latest sign up deals but also allows people to read up on even the most basic rules and tips, this is a big help to people like myself who have been playing a long time who want to teach others to play but find it hard to keep the pace at the right speed for new players. When I found Mac poker Online for the first time it was surprised at the simple and friendly layout, also the classic poker green is easy on the eyes, after looking at the site for less then 10 seconds I knew it was worth its weight in gold, Go onto the site, and just check out all the promotions! Not much has changed on the site which is nice, still really simple to use and still full of great promotions, I suggest anyone who want

Holidays are coming
2007-09-27 04:01:26
Holidays are coming! I’m not talking about the coke adverts (I miss them so!). With the Holidays (mainly Christmas) coming up everyone will be rushing to the shops to buy the latest pointless toy for their brat of a child, sorry to say it but its true. The smarter few will shop online, but when you shop online you have the uncertainty of delivery times, will it be what I ordered? Will I be ripped off? The answer… No. Even better, this year I found a coupon site! (Yes I hear you all cheering for me), its simple you goto Coupon Chief and find a coupon you like, get the coupon codes and then go on a shopping spree you will never forget. Now this year with the money I have earned from sitting down im going to be spending mainly on computer stuff. I will say, it’s a American site, but it doesn’t matter, if you buy online using these codes then you are going to save a lot of money. Cant complain about a excellent service like this. Now for the site, as you all know I like to pick

Larry
2007-09-26 22:19:47
There are some days that you are more proud of than others. Today we worked on completing a pumpkin display inside the store. It was nothing elaborate. We blew our creative juices on the displays in the gift section of the store. The pumpkins simply needed to be sorted, priced, and arranged in a shoppable manor. Along with the sea of orange pumpkins, we got some gourds. They were flesh-colored gourds, and I don’t mind telling you that it doesn’t take any stretch of the imagination to drag those gourds right into the gutter. The fun started when we came upon a very large goose-necked gourd that I affectionately call Larry . Larry is about eighteen inches long and curved in such a way that one need only glance at him to find comedic satisfaction. Stare any longer, and I fear any romantic attachments will be reconsidered most carefully. We needed to incorporate Larry into the pumpkin display, so we began moving him here and moving him there. Nothing seemed quite right. My cowo

Loans, Moans and Paper cuts
2007-10-09 03:53:46
Loans, again I need to talk to people about them. I shall now tell you all a story of someone I know who used them. My friend had always taken the view point that loans should only be used by people who need the money for real things, things which will make sure you don’t loose your house or something. Then one day when feeling alittle down my friend decided to take a holiday, with no money to go a phone call was made to a loan company, £4000 was borrowed against his name. A few months later he lost his job, he had taken out insurance on the loan, if he lost his job the repayments would be held for a few months to make sure he can pay it back, the company did not adhere to their own policies attempting to take him to court. People were sent to his house (the big B word which I never use) to take this stuff, threatening letters, he started to panic until his lawyer (and friend) stepped in and pointed out the insurance, they still didn’t want to honor it, they went to court and he w

A moment in history
2007-10-09 03:37:22
It is a pleasure today to write about something which I think is very cool. A once in a life time opportunity to do something great, to have the whole (sporting) world watch you as you help carry the flame of the Olympic spirit to Beijing in time for the 2008 games. The best thing is that Samsung are letting us, you, him, her, them, the people Nominate torchbearers for the historic Torch Relay to them Beijing 2008 Olympic Games how cool is that. I myself have nominated Chris Brooker, one of the people I work with just so he can be in the spot light, and pass out after 10 seconds of running, GO CHRIS. This truly is a great event, and having the chance to actually get the flame and run with the whole world watching, watching you carry a sign of hope and sportsmanship person to person is a touching site and cant wait to see it for the London 2012 Olympics. Anyway, start Nominate torchbearers for the historic Torch Relay to the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games today

Commitment comes with the M word
2007-10-05 09:01:57
Finding a good mortgage now a days is a pain, my brothers was a pain, my parents was a pain. Well back in “those” days things had to be done by hand, everything from looking for one to comparing. Then you get the person who Remortgages their house, hoping to get a good deal. I now understand the benefits of mortgages, I have started to save for my own so I can finally get my own place in the near future (with good rates) so I save money on renting and it actually gives you something to show. The problem is finding the right lender and comparing them to the competition, lets face it the market is in trouble slowly spreading across the world because of America (sorry guys), it hit England a few weeks back when Northern Rock got into trouble, some are forecasting a market crash, house prices falling and everyone being out of pocket because of it. These will be sad days for many but will be good for those who have been saving for them, CHEAP HOUSES.. well I don’t understand how it al

Top Tips

Now everyday Im sent “chris’s top tips”, they are not his own, but they make me laugh. Here are todays: · Don’t buy expensive ‘ribbed’ condoms, just buy an ordinary one and slip a handful of frozen peas inside it before you put it on! · Hijackers. Avoid a long stressful siege and the risk of arrest, imprisonment or death by simply making sure you book a flight to your intended destination in the first place.! · Smokers. Save on matches and lighters, by simply lighting your next fag from the butt of your last one! · Invited by vegetarians for dinner? Point out that since you`d no doubt be made aware of their special dietary requirements, tell them about yours, and ask for a nice steak. · BOMB disposal experts’ wives. Keep hubby on his toes by packing his lunchbox with plasticine and an old alarm clock! · HOUSEWIVES. I find the best way to get two bottles of washing-up liquid for the price of on

Its that time of the day again for me to talk about gambling! Now not many people agree with it I know, but I love doing it, its fun when it do it now and again and also I promote responsible gambling after seeing my friends develop problems, and myself. Now that’s over and done with I like to have one or two bets on football. Football betting is always a laugh, not only can you win some money, but it’s a good excuse to socialize up the pub. Companies like bet365.com have made it alittle easier, fast and effective with better odd’s and games you can play online. Don’t get me wrong, I love going into a bookies, but it can be very depressing, and believe me I know what bookies are like, being a manager of one for 3 years and all. The online element is quick, clean and painless. The best bet is no one can egg you on to bet more then you want to. I must admit, I do play online a lot, mainly for funny money, I know I’m good at the things I use but I can only afford the minimum

The need for a better job pushes as further and further away from our homes (or in my case, my hole). So might head just down the road like I have and so might travel 50 miles just to get to a well paid job. A close friend of mine spent a long time looking for jobs in London, after a while he found one, working for a big bank of some sorts. He is now on £33k a year and he has the same amount of qualifications as me. Its annoying to see it but its true, if you get a job in london, you are looking at a lot of money, good night life and more importantly good career prospects, I would personally kill for a job in London. Fast cars, women, beer, hobo’s. What more could one ask for. If you live near London, I suggest go for a job there, you will be treated so much better if you get a office based job, more money, more perks…. Don’t get stuck in small town offices, they treat you like dirt.
