HELP: Looking for advice 2007-07-02 08:18:41 I was looking at rebuilding a computer i made about 3 years ago cause the mother board crashed. I was looking for something that is moderately priced but will still give me enough power to run games for years. I was looking for something with a FSB of 1000 + and having at least 2 PCIe slots. I don’t know what kind of motherboard to buy or what kind of connections i should use. If anyone has any suggestions it would be much appreciated.

Xbox 360 Premium Edition for under $300 bucks! Seriously! 2007-06-18 14:30:02 Remember when you were young, and a new video game console meant saving up $100-200 dollars and then begging your family to take you to the toy store so you could stuff the box under your arm and proudly make your way to the check out counter? In fact, barring the game and the cheapest kinds of third party game controllers, you can’t. And forget picking one up and walking to the front of the store—if you find one of the big three name brand consoles outside of lock and key…post that store name and address as a comment. I’ll be on my way.

Laptop Pug-Ugly? TigerDirect has the Cure! 2007-06-12 13:50:36 I have a confession to make. I am a fan of Apple Inc. and their iconic line of Mac computers. If we ignore the Mac/PC advertisements that we are by now all too familiar with, it can still be said that Mac has a good, firm handle on making a beautiful and functional machine. Extra Functionality Minus The Wires 2008-03-10 16:21:11 Logitech MX5000 Cordless Keyboard & Rechargeable Mouse. Keyboards and mice have been around since the earliest days of modern personal computers, and pretty much, their basic design remains the same. Admittedly, there’s really nothing wrong with the way they look and work, so why innovate, right? It might seem as such, but in reality, the applications we use today have evolved, bringing about a noticeable increase in complexity. So when a company like Logitech tries to innovate upon the basic designs of keyboards and mice in such a way that they augment our ability to use modern applications, we can’t help but smile. The Logitech MX500 Cordless Keyboard & Rechargeable Mouse comes as one of their latest products, and if previous models are an indication, then it’s safe to say Read more:Extra

Seeing the Big Picture: The Perfect Projection Screen 2008-03-10 15:14:14 Elite Screens Spectrum 84 inch Diagonal 16:9 Electric Projection
Screen. A home theater system consists of many different elements that need to come together in order to deliver a truly satisfying viewing experience. By far, two of the most important of these elements are the type of display and the sound system. A true home theater experience relies upon the fusion of both the visual and aural elements. If the two are able to complement each other well, the end result is sure to be spectacular. However, if the either element is lacking in terms of quality and performance, the impact is greatly lessened. In terms of visuals, nothing else says “impact” like a colossal screen, such as the Elite Screens Spectrum 84" Diagonal 16:9 Electric Projection Screen. Read more:Perfect

Visionman AMD64 X2 6000 Gaming Barebone 2008-03-07 16:27:21 Building a new PC from scratch could be a very satisfying and fun endeavor. Having full control over which parts to use is an exciting privilege that you simply wouldn’t be able to enjoy with preconfigured PC packages. It’s a lot like building with Lego blocks wherein the only limitation is your own sense of creativity. At the same time however, with so many parts to decide on and so many models to consider, it could also be a burdensome task—especially when you have no clue where to start. Fortunately, with the Visionman AMD
64 X2 6000 Gaming
Barebone, what you get is a powerful barebones package that you can then upgrade with an impressive variety of options to choose from.
