TtV on Viagra 1970-01-01 00:59:59 ...Or how to fake itThere is nothing to take the place of real TtV photography but just for the fun of it I tried to recreate its effect in Photoshop. I created a template for the frame and dirt then place the photo into the template.CarniesSolo TreeGlass HeavensGeese Family
Omelette Gone Wrong 1970-01-01 00:59:59 This is my submission this week for PhotoFriday (entry number 375). This weeks challenge is "Accidental" and this was indeed an accidental photograph. It is a constructive photo depicting the making of a horrible omelette. It is made up from seven 16x20 prints all bolted together with metal bolts. Each stage of the piece shows another ingredient being added to this omelette. They are in order, an egg, a rose, a banana, cigarette butts, a photograph, and grapes. Each negative was scratched with a file to give it the effect of age and chaos as well as sepia toning each print. Read more:Omelette

Street Reflections 1970-01-01 00:59:59 Damn it has been cold and rainy and just plain ugly outside for weeks and all of the sudden today we get a nice sunny day. So what to do? Look for reflections in standing water in the alley? That is exactly what I did. Read more:Street

World Aids Day 1970-01-01 00:59:59 Taking a break from photographic posts for one day is not such a bad thing. I can also draw. Many people do not know that I lost my father to AIDS and this drawing is an homage to him and gay people from all walks of life. It also developed into a piece about the hatred and shame homosexuals endure from a homophobic society. We have come a long way since I drew this piece about 15 years ago but much more is needed. 17 Books About Baseball Mafia 1970-01-01 00:59:59 A camera, a magnifying glass, and a bit of script from a newspaper make this photograph. Of course a little Photoshop was thrown in for fun, I generally hate manipulating images via the computer but this worked out for what I wanted. The words and placement of the magnifying glass were completely random. Watch for more images in this series of magnified images. Read more:Books

I Turn Your Head Upside Down 1970-01-01 00:59:59 My good friend on the wrong end of a magnifying glass. He is too damn intelligent for his own good anyway. A great artist, physicist, chemist, scientist (evil I am sure) but I have control over his head. At any rate this is how I feel when he starts talking math and science.
Pissing with Josef Stalin 1970-01-01 00:59:59 Not a day goes by at the University that I do not see this tile when I am taking a piss. It looks to me as if it is Josef Stalin. I have meant to photograph this for quite sometime and today as I graduate I finally did.
