As Bush acknowledged the House and Senate members who came together to support the new GI Bill, he slipped in the name of one who labored to obstruct the bill -- Senator John McCain. wrongly programmed
I am definetly wrongly programmed...I have been thinking about my list below during the day and I started thinking how bad the list was, and I started thinking about how people who read the list would think I am silly for thinking that those things were good. In my opinion, the things that are on the list are selfevident, and why would I do things in any other way than I have written? I can´t see theese characteritics as good sides in me because in my opinion there is no option, and if there isn´t a option, then it can´t be good or bad either, then it is just neutral. So, what do I then find as good characteristics in other people? Pretty much the same things as I have listed below. But when I think about myself, I ALWAYS think about how I can improve. How can my "neutral characteristics" become more positive? How can I remove the bad sides? I feel that my bad sides are twenty times bigger than the "neutral" characteristics, and I imagine that they put a shadow on me, and nobody can

Google and the wrongly jailed Indian Net surfer
On August 31, Lakshmana Kailash K. was arrested in Bangalore, India, and charged with posting insulting images of a revered historical figure on the Internet. The police claimed that he had uploaded disrespectful images of Chhatrapati Shivaji, the Indian equivalent of George Washington. Free speech, it seems, does not extend to that sort of thing [...]

Qlock Kicks Out Daylight Saving Wrongly
Yesterday, Nov 4 2007 was the last day of daylight saving in US. However, the Qlock kicks out last week on 29 Oct 2007. I check the Qlock setting and it shows the daylight saving ends at the last Sunday of October (29 Oct) which is wrong. The daylight saving should end yesterday. It looks the Qlock is not that accurate in daylight saving.Accidentally, I found out a new feature in Vista allow you to add additional clocks. It adjusts the daylight saving correctly. This is what I do:Click the Time at lower rightClick "Change Time & Settings"Click "Additional Clock" tabHere you go, just set the additional clocks that you want based on the time zone. Once you done, move our your mouse and you see the following tooltip:Then, click the time and see the following:Is it cool? The only problem is it only able to show 2 additional clocks. I think it still okay with me since I use the third clock (UK) once in a blue moon. This is only available in Vista but not in XP. Now, I start wondering s

Arab Times , KUWAIT CITY: With both the Popular Bloc and National Bloc increasing the heat on him and leading a tireless campaign to oust him from the Cabinet, Oil Minister Sheikh Ali Al-Jarrah Al-Sabah says he has left the issue of his resignation in the hands of HH the Prime Minister Sheikh Nasser Mohammed Al-Ahmed Al-Sabah.
