I knew it!! My first paypal withdrawal using my Public Bank Visa Electron Debit Card won't be that smooth. ~sigh... I was happily waiting for the money to be transferred to my debit card till i saw the comment from tenthofmarch. In late September, we got the news that our money in Paypal can now be transferred to Visa Debit Card. I can’t say it was like seeing a light at the end of the tunnel because our financial tunnel is honestly have always been brightly lighted like SMART Tunnel.
