Acid reflux is a painful condition experienced by millions of people every year. Apple cider vinegar or ACV is an amazing potent detoxifier that has been shown to boost the immune response, sooth arthritis and joint pain, cure heartburn and help people with Fibromyalgia.
ACV contains a chemical called Malic Acid (kinda like my name), which is an Aluminum detoxifier. Aluminum is a horribly sneaky neurotoxin that has found it’s way into our cookware, food containers, toothpaste, anti-prespirants and vaccines. This is a loaded topic that gets me very passionate. I’ll post an article on toxins soon where I discuss the ill effects of aluminum.
Take 1-3 tablespoons of ACV throughout the day and up the dose when you’re feeling ill and this simple cheap sauce will go to work healing your body! It tastes great on salads too.
Bottoms up!

In the meantime, I’ve had to deal with pee smelling clothes, sheets and room. We kept the plastic on Z’s mattress when we bought it and that’s been extremely helpful in not having to worry about the mattress itself getting wet. You can catch more flies with honey than with vinegar. Are we freethinkers (i.e., atheists, humanists, agnostics) likely to be more influential by promoting reason and secular morality rather than railing against superstition? Cleaning Windows & Mirrors – I use a 30/70 mix of vinegar and warm water to wash windows, followed by a dry and buff with old newspaper. It brings them up a treat. To make ethanol, you want to make vinegar first, according to ZeaChem. The biofuel start-up, which has moved from Colorado to Silicon Valley, says it has come up with a method of making cellulosic ethanol that results in close to 40 percent more fuel per ton of wood chips than competing processes. By 2010 or so, the company hopes to be producing ethanol commercially for 80 cents a gallon at wholesale. That could translate to anywhere from $1.10 to $1.50 at the pump, depending on a host of factors. Read the full story at News.com. From Laura B. wmrc.uiuc.edu
This dish might be familiar to ladies who have gone through confinement. It's a very popular dish to be taken during confinement as it said to help disperse wind and to help tighten the uterus. Erhmm ... my hubby likes this too but no uterus to tighten leh. My confinement lady said men or women, nevermind. All also can eat lah. *giggles*I believe the authentic way to prepare this dish is to have the gravy prepared in a clay pot at least a month before it is to be eaten and the gravy must be heat up at least once a day, everyday. When it is ready to be eaten, just add the gravy to the pig's trotters and hard boiled eggs to be cooked together. Notice I mentioned, add the gravy to the pig's trotters and not the other way round. Well, this is because the gravy prepared can usually last for

I may start trying this to see if it works. After all there are some days where I just seem to get into a funk and just don’t feel like doing anything at all.
Sharon from Boston, MA discovered that Apple Cider Vinegar, baking soda, and cayenne produces an almost instantaneous state of euphoria! This is going to sound strange, but it makes me feel closer to the Universe (which is like saying closer to god for a Witch) I don’t know how else to explain the sensation. This is what I do:
2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar,
1/8th teaspoon of baking soda and
5 shakes of cayenne pepper
in a glass of hot water.
Be careful not to stand too close to the glass after adding the cayenne or you will inhale it. Sip slowly, stirring the cayenne every so often. When the drink cools down, add more hot water. Drink on an empty stomach, if possible. This might be good to try before morning coffee.
I hope others will try it to and let me know if they are experiencing the same resu

As I think about what to say, I'm not sure how to say it, so here goes. I like to help people. Whether it was my past job as a police dispatcher, helping people in a bad situation get good people out to them to help with their problem situation. Or whether it is my new job, allowing people to sign their mortgage papers at their convenience, not the title companies - it is a nice feeling. No matter if it is a person trying to correct their financial situation, or someone starting a new business, it is great meeting so many different people with so many ways to help them. I can talk to them about the Florida home inspection services that will almost always save them money on their homeowners insurance, or even seeing that they are paying too much for homeowners insurance all together, I can help put them in touch with a different insurance company. I know I have helped some new NSA's starting out, including in my area. There is plent

Vinegar is known to be among the strongest soluble elements that can leave a bad smell. It is also more commonly known to be a cooking aid but thanks to discoveries, it has now also been seen as a good natural cleaning alternative in most homes.
Unlike the usual apple cider vinegars we are familiar with, the odor which may be strong to the human nostrils goes away fast. And most importantly, it cleans away naturally the dirty spots that people see in their homes.

A cheap and simple screening test using the key ingredient in vinegar could help slash incidence of cervical cancer in poor countries, according to a trial conducted in India and reported in Saturday’s Lancet. AdvertisementThe method entails making a visual inspection of the cervix, using a speculum (a tool to dilate the vaginal walls), a bright halogen lamp and a solution of three-to-five-percent acetic acid. The solution is applied to the cervix, and suspect tissue shows up as whitish lesions. Healthy tissue shows no colour change. Doctors led by Rengaswamy Sankaranarayanan of the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) in Lyon, France, tested the method on 31 000 women aged 30-59 in the district of Dindigul, in the southern state of Tamil Nadu. A total of 3 088 women were screened as positive, and were given further examination or a pap smear. This turned up 1 874 cases of precancerous lesions, 72% of whom received treatment.Over six years, the group recorded a total of

Back in my college days a friend of mine was freaking out because he had been spending much time with his face in the bong and found out he'd have to take a drug test for pretty lucrative job opportunity. I'll be honest with you, as this was pre-Internet, I have no earthly idea where I had heard this, but I told him:"Dude, drink vinegar, I heard vinegar will make you pass a drug test."He took a quick sip out a bottle of wine vinegar and spit it out. "C'mon you've got to drink it, you want that job don't you.""Yes""I know, why don't you just do it like a shot. You'll barely taste it." So he grabbed a shot glass out of the cabinet, poured himself a shot of the vinegar, toasted me, did the shot and proceeded to vomit tuna fish salad sandwich all over the kitchen and I proceeded to laugh my ass off. I think he did pass that test, but it certainly wasn't from the vinegar.A few years later I caught a friend of mine at a party tippling from not a bottle of booze, but a bottle vinegar
