It’s not a novelty anymore that the Chinese have a healthy appetite for copying successful products. It’s something new though, the fact that they’ve started copying products from their homelands as well.
A nameless Chinese, has copyed the HTC Touch model of their democrate Taiwanese brethren from HTC. The copycat, SSG730, has the same facilities as the original including the GPS model. Wtih a small exception: the Chinese got a bit scares at the piracy part and implemented a Windows Mobile 2005. The original had a 2006 version.

If everything plays out right the BCS can bite themselves. If Hawaii can manage to beat Washington next weekend and Kansas gets past Missouri and wins the Big 12, there will be two teams left unbeaten. Wouldn’t that be tasty?
An argument against a playoff and for the BCS is that the whole season is a playoff. Now if both of these teams make it unbeaten and one is left out (Hawaii) it wouldn’t be the first time but it sure wouldn’t look right. Ok, your going to start with the “Who have they beaten?”-that is besides the point. I’m talking about their argument that the whole season is a playoff. If they keep leaving unbeaten teams out they should be able to use that argument. If you make the “Who have they beaten” argument Ohio State should not really be sitting where they are. Youngstown State, Akron, and Kent State are not real tough opponents and the Big Ten sucked BIG TIME this year.

We are saddened to have received a legal notice from Continental Enterprises acting on behalf of Hansen Beverage, the company that produces Monster brand energy drinks.
Basically, they are requiring that we remove all Monster backgrounds that CoolChaser users have submitted on our site.
Frankly, we are quite perplexed by their actions - why would a company want to piss off some 4,000 of, in their own words, Hansen’s most passionate and devoted enthusiasts? We have tried to come up with creative alternatives and suggested that we offer CoolChaser users the opportunity to replace their backgrounds with “official” ones created by Hansen, but they declined.

I've been thinking about this lately, and before I delve into the specific instances, I'd like to address the issue in general. I think what may happen is that one actor says a pre-written line, and then the other guy improvises a response. Then the first actor repeats his line or question, and the other guy comes up with a new, different response. And this goes on and on, over and over, until the director says cut, and chooses ONE segment including ONE back-and-forth. On occasion, however, the director will just throw the entire sequence of Line : Response 1, Same Line : Response 2, .... Exact Same Line: Response 57 into the film.Ok, so if that theory is correct, then there can be no fault found with actors who like to repeat themselves.
