M.Shadows in RZSTThe shindig started at 10ish, it was held at Sachi, the place was jammed packed from wall to wall. Everyone danced their hearts out anticipating the sneak peak spring line. Around midnight M. Shadows walked on the stage to get the party started! They rocked the house with music from Avenged Sevenfold and the long awaited show started.  Each model felt the vibe of the artwork they wore and rocked it. Their hair and makeup was fierce by Gods and Heros (Check it!) .  At the end of the show they generously gave out free threads and let me tell you after the show – NO ONE could RZST

Each artist pulled a slip from the box, and created a print inspired by their selection; I pulled Sure Temptation. Last Summer I faced a tough choice when deciding upon a departure date. I could plan to leave at the end of 2007, thereby missing the busiest period of the year for my department and company, or I could leave in early 2008, after qualifying to receive a 10% annual bonus. Ultimately, I realized if I could meet my savings goal by the earlier time frame, it’d be best to hit the road. If I continued to stick around, I felt as though there was an increased risk of something occurring to derail my travel plans. So far, I’ve been very happy with my decision. My employer’s new CEO believes in the importance of providing quarterly updates on our company’s performance as it relates to the annual bonus. That mood being life is boring, I need to go do something, make a change, make a purchase. I want to dye my hair BUT I don’t want to use chemicals. It defeats the purpose of being natural. For those that don’t know, I cut off all of my hair December of 2005 due to me frying my hair with dye. I used Dark n Lovely, that crap is so strong. It’s very bad on the hair, plus I was going shades lighter, so that didn’t really help. I’ve always wanted to be able to wear a fro, having a relaxer didn’t allow me to do so. So, I stopped the dying and relaxing. I’ve been lye and dye free for 17 months. The stores don’t sell any natural hair dyes, so I’d have to order henna. I want to dye my hair NOW. Here we are the day after Christmas. TheMan had to work. I did not. The girls are out of school and Teenager is still in Utah with her mother. My house is quiet. The dogs are hugging and loving and slobbering on their new babies from Santa. Occasionally there is a small squeak let go from one of the babies. Then the dog will lay their head on it as if to say “sorry I hurt you.” The dogs also know which baby belongs to them. They are good about sharing but when it comes time to lay down, they grab their baby and take a little nap. I’m jealous. For the nap part!
