This pair of geese nest on this haystack each year. We look for them every spring.It was snowing hard and fast when we saw these horses. I can't wait to do some paintings of them. I liked the groupings of horses that occurred as they moved around the field. The wind was blowing and my hands were frozen by the time I decided I had enough photos!We drove as far up Willow Creek as we could go. When the drifts got deep, we had to turn around and come back. Last night I finally got round to checking out a Victorian Premier League match. I had given it thought around the same time last year but in the end I never got round to it. Probably too many other distractions - it may have been when I started taking up golf. Anyway back to the matter at hand, the match I went to was the first of the new Foxtel Cup season between Richmond Eagles and last year's champions, Preston Lions at Kevin Bartlett Reserve.Having never supported a VPL team before, I went through and long arduous selection process in order to choose one. In fact, it boiled down to a club that had a stadium that was easily accessible by public transport from my house in Kensington. So in the end it basically came down to Richmond and South Melbourne, and I couldn't support the latter

Normally we would find ourselves renting or leasing a home to where we can stay. Being independent would normally have its rough times in the early stages but at some point in your life, lady luck will simply make changes as far as living and lifestyles are concerned. Hence, content living today with cramped or limited space to which convenient can be termed is only normal. But it is not forever. The future holds a different light and dream homes with the complete bedding, furniture and occupancy space will surely be achieved at some point. All it needs is being content at the moment. It looks very idyllic in this winter scenery, doesn’t it? The place where the house stands is called “Solhaug”. In English it would be called something like “Sun Hill”. The picture was taken on 15th of February so the sun had just come back here in northern Norway. The sun was still very low in the horizon so that is why it creates this beautiful and special light. The area consists of Mt. Siguniang, Mt. Balang and Changping, Haizi, Shuangqiao valleys, covering an area of 2,000 sq km. Known for their aggressive, electric live shows. Two Gallants have fostered a dual musical personality by occasionally recording and playing songs with a more stripped down sound. Since the band's extensive touring schedule left little time for proper rehearsals, some of these songs always meant for an album evolved in such places as sound checks and radio show appearances, where it was more conducive for them to be performed. This collection of acoustic-based songs will be followed by a full-length in September 2007.

Scenery Apparel is one of my latest discoveries (I don't know if someone else knew about this place but I didn't), and is one of these places that just make you feel calm and relaxed while shopping. Maybe is the scenery, I don't know... (OK, that was a joke!?) But seriously, it's a clean cut, appealing site and the designs are in the same spirit. The folks over there seem to be quite active too, donating part of their profit to several organizations (like the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society). Overall I liked most of the t-shirts at Scenery but the one design who really did for me is Gizelle, an incredibly beautiful dark green print on this creme American Apparel shirt...wow...I want that!
