I've been DYING to post about the brand new Barenaked Ladies kid's album, Snacktime. This is the band's first ever album geared toward the smaller human-kind. It is surely no disappointment and is at the top of our list of albums to listen to that parents and kids can enjoy together. A new client has been released today to Google Labs, for testing and feedback purposes. This is not a final product, and still contains quite a lot of bugs (please report all bugs you find to Google using the Feedback-button). This client basically allows you to run the Google Talk flash gadget as a window in Windows XP and Vista, but it also offers notifications like the old desktop client. :) Update 1: Google Talk now requires an installation, something the old client did automatically when you ran the program. This is due to the fact that there's a new version system, making it easy to separate between different versions. USB Fever released an updated version to their Universal SIM Unlock Card, one the supports the iPhone. While seemingly far easier than a software unlock this $22.99 products raises some concerns. For one, on their list of supported phones the iPhone is listed as needing firmware 1.2.3, which was never released. Also, to get the card to fit in the adapter some cutting is required, so the process should not be attempted by the faint of heart. The card is advertised as compatible with most GSM phones, and it does support 3G cards.
