Jeremiah Munsen, 18, of Colfax, Louisiana admitted in court on Friday (April 25) that he placed two nooses on the back of his pickup truck on September 20. Munsen pleaded guilty to a federal hate crime of threatening and intimidating marchers near Jena, Louisiana. Munsen and an unidentified teen passenger repeatedly drove past a group of marchers at a bus depot in Alexandia - approximately 35 miles south of Jena, where the marches took place.
