Additional page elements can be really useful. Seems that the code for the Spotplex widget is no longer going to be supported/maintained by Spotplex. As of May 9th 2008.So, those using this code may have noticed their widget seems to no longer be adding new counts/visitors. With that said, there is still the widget from Affiliate which I am now currently going to be using and this widget can be found at the bottom of my blog in the middle column of the Footer section.As well, one can also use the Popular Posts widget from Feedjit. Well, you've probably noticed that I didn't have any fresh new posts today. There's a reason: I was in the hospital today having a battery of tests.The good news: Everything turned out great, thank goodness. I've retained a substantial amount of water the last few months and needed to figure out what was causing this. After a CAT scan, a chest X-ray, blood tests galore, it turns out the water retention is being caused by an excess amount of sodium. I'll have to give up a lot, but the swelling is already going down thanks to Lasix, and I should be back to normal soon as long as I follow a low-sodium diet.The ER nurse and doctor were fantastic, as were all the technicians. I know some of you are have been using Blogger in Draft to schedule your posts recently. This functionality is now available in the standard blogger interface. Simply create a new post, and click "Post Options" to access the date settings for your post. Set a date in the future, click "Publish", and your post will automatically be scheduled for posting on the date you chose.This feature can be very handy when you have "writer's block" and can't manage to write to a deadline, or just want to take a break for a while. Viacom said Friday it earned $270 million in the first three months of the year, up from $203 million in the same period a year ago. It just made no sense to me that it wasn't possible ... well now it is. Kia’s April growth was led by Spectra and Optima, up 4.8 percent and 89.3 percent respectively over the previous month. Rondo sales increased 118.3 percent over the same period last year

Berkshire Hathaway reported a 64 percent decline in net income stating large losses related to its derivatives contracts and lower profits from its insurance businesses. It reported a $1.6 billion in losses on its derivate contracts, and lower revenues on its insurance businesses siting an increased number of accidents.
