I recently had a problem where I needed to cut out an expression cassette (a promoter coupled to a coding sequence) from one vector and paste it into another a vector containing an expression cassette so I could get tandem expression of the two genes. The recipient vector had no suitable restriction sites for performing this operation so I was faced with the fairly lengthly task of introducing two new restriction sites on the recipient vector using quikchange, then amplifying the expression cassette and sub-cloning into the recipient. Been really busy these past few weeks with so many deadlines concerning Marketing, and on the coming weeks it'll be our Marketing Budget for 2008 plus our MBO. Well first things first. Beeing away from the blogosphere scene doesn't mean I am not monitoring my blog traffic because I do. If you'll notice, the font face has changed from Arial to Calibri, I just don't know if you guys has that font as well or everything is a crap, like if my posts displays on your screen on a total mess. Anyhow, please do let me know. Moving on, I have already uploaded Naruto Shippuuden Episodes 022-023 which is ready for download here. For Episode 024 of the said series, I don't know where I got the file but the released wasn't from Dattebayo. But still, for the sake of sharing, I have uploaded the file too which is ready for download here. Let me just warn you that though its on .avi format, the file itself is on MQ only. I am still looking for the Datteb

lonelysandwich put together this short demo of how copy-and-paste might work on the iPhone (and it's the first parody I've seen since the music was released last week). The whole thing with the guy and the lips is just freaky in the beginning (and pretty funny at the end), but in between there's a short demo of how text could be selected and pasted using the multitouch surface on the iPhone.Is it just me, or is implementing an interface like this turning out to be harder than it looks? As easy as this mockup is, I really doubt Apple would go for something this complicated (there are multiple screens to go through, and it's somewhat intuitive, but just not intuitive enough for Apple, methinks). Maybe the reason Apple hasn't put C&P on the iPhone yet is that, as good as they are at what they do, they just can't come up with a good way to do it.Thanks, ratiosans!
