The supermodel, who was arriving at the Hotel de Rome in the city's Bebelplatz square, put her cleavage on show with a daring neckline that plunged right down to her middle. He threw a career-high 40 pitches Saturday. If he hits 55 pitches tomorrow and is on track to throw 65 to 70 the next time out, it might be difficult to count on getting so many pitches in a relief appearance. Open Forum: "Outing" as an Activist Tactic?
"Outing" is when someone discloses someone's sexual orientation, when that person has chosen to keep their sexuality a secret. There are those in favor of outing who believe it is morally acceptable to disclose this information if the person (usually in a position of power such as a religious or political figure) speak out against and are damaging to the LGBT community. Somehow, they know that holidays mean an activity away from the norm - such as going to the mall, bookstore, their favourite places, playground..etc. I ought to visit the IT mall for a new mouse tomorrow and hubby would need new hdmi cables for the office. I know Clayton is hoping to go to the bookstore and that's a good sign for me :) He's also not one of those kids who want to buy everything they see in the store so I'm not that worried.Heard that google update is here again... and yes, this blog is still a zero... when is my PR coming back - boohoohoo!

It is also one of the chef choices! The appearance of the salad looks so appealing , full with greens and red from tomato, few fresh prawn and some scallops, makes it a complete meal of Salad. Not forgetting, the wasabi sauce, a big bowl was served, thought it would be very spicy like the usual wasabi taste, but surprising this is the mild version. ...Another great article from Mets.com: For as long as he has been a big league pitcher, and while he was pitching in Cuba as well, Orlando Hernandez has been all about deception -- the exaggerated leg kick, hiding his pitches, the occasional sidearm sling and the rare Bugs Bunny changeup. And most folks in the game believe numerical information on El Duque's birth certificate to be fictional. It is with that record of deception in mind that the latest episode of Hernandez's second Mets spring outing must be viewed. Caution and at least a dozen grains of salt must be used if a conclusion is to be drawn on what the "Duke of Deke" demonstrated on Tuesday morning in a game that wasn't even real, but simulated. I could be in there, have sex, & be out again b4 she knew what was happening".So Superman did his Super Thing in a split second and flew off happily.Meanwhile on the bed, Wonderwoman said: "Did you hear something?""No", said the Invisible Man, "but my ass hurts like hell!".

So, when should you place your dive outing reservations?
I started to write a long look at reserving activities, then I realized it was just a bunch of paragraphs that really didn't say much......so here it is in a nutshell. There really is no hard and fast rule for reserving activities when traveling, but if it were me, I'd pick the thing or two I really want to do, and reserve it in advance so I know it's locked in, leave some open time in case I get there and discover something interesting I want to do, then go from there. What brought this on is one little thing... Christmas is coming. Quite often I get lots of calls around 8pm looking for a dive tomorrow morning, it seems to happen almost every day during Christmas week - Sometimes I can make it happen, oftentimes I can't, it's much more difficult at that time of year.... I suspect this is true with most dive operators, especially during the busiest times. In Kona, our absolute busiest time for dive and other water oriented operators is probably Christmas week. Falcons Harrington Looks Good in First Preseason Outing
I wouldn’t say that the Atlanta Falcons should be breathing a sigh of relief, but they should feel a little better after watching the replacement for Michael Vick play rather well in his first preseason outing. That someone was quarterback Joey Harrington, who was the starter in the Falcons 31-16 loss to the Jets at the Meadowlands in New Jersey on Friday night. The score didn’t matter, but what did was Harrington, who played well in his first start since being thrown into the starting job for Vick, who will be going on trial in November for dog fighting charges. The numbers on Harrington, who was once the third pick of the draft - 6-of-9 for 88 yards. His best throw was a completion that covered 37 yards to Dwayne Blakley that came when Harrington was able to get out of the pocket and avoid the rush - just like Vick. “Joey was on point,” receiver Joe Horn said. “He was on top of his game and that impressed me. Afternoon outing
The weather was awful today in the morning but this afternoon there was a sunny spell between the showers and Mum took me to Alexandra park for our first visit to the Grove Cafe. This park had no cafe at all until recently but finally last week the new kiosk opened up. There are water bowls outside fro us dogs, and Cappuccino inside for Mum, so we were both happy. After 15 minutes, though Mum

Clemens Looks Strong In Triple A Outing
It looks like Roger Clemens annual tour of the minor leagues may have ended on Monday night, as he looked dominant in an appearance for the Scranton-Wilkes Barre Yankees. Clemens overpowered the Toledo Mud Hens working six scoreless frames giving up just two hits, and struck out six as the Yankees beat the Mud Hens 2-0. Clemens did walk two but at times showed pinpoint control. as opposed to his last start for Trenton where he appeared to lose his control frequently.Yankees vice president Billy Connors who was at the game, said this showed the parent club that Clemens was ready to join New York. Clemens, may still not pitch against the Boston Red Sox in their upcoming weekend series, as Mike Mussina, Chien-Ming Wang, and Andy Pettite are already scheduled to make the starts. Clemens will most likely make his 2007 MLB debut against the Chicago White Sox next Monday night. (c) Copyright thesackattack.com 2007

Princess Nibbles - Art Show - A Brief Family Outing
Wednesday evening was the annual art show at the grammar school.  It was extremely important to PrincessNibbles that her father and I attend and she kept going on about her jungle picture.   And, since college is on break for another couple of weeks I had the ability to actually follow through and be there. It wasn’t till we arrived that we realized what all the fuss was about. Her picture was on a special display which was intended to highlight pictures that showed talent and effort. PrincessNibbles’ picture was the only one from the first grade shown!!! I was very proud because while still obviously childlike, her picture showed a lot of attention to detail. It was the elephant which really wowed us: We also got to meet her art teacher who explained that when she saw what she was working on that she HAD to let it appear in the show, even though she already had something else appearing (the entire first grade worked on mouse sculptures with help from the 5th grade).

An Art Outing: Mark Ryden's, The Tree Show
This past Saturday me and my plus one went to go see the Mark Ryden exhibit, "The Tree Show" on the last day of its display in Los Angeles. This was the first time I have actually seen his work in person and I must say, it was very impressive and inspiring. The attention to detail is just amazing and the brush strokes - there are no words! Usually at this kind of exhibit they have discreet lines on the floor in front of each artwork and you're not supposed to cross these lines. I learned this the hard way at MOMA in San Francisco when I was viewing a Frida Kahlo painting and I crossed THAT line! I was practically on top of her painting, but, I had to see it upclose! Anyway, before I started my jaw dropping, I made sure and looked down at the floor first. Ta Da! NO LINES! This meant I could get as up close and personal as I wanted....which I did! I took lots of photos and since I didn't upload them correctly, they're not in a very good order. I suppose that's not the point. The po

      Family Outing
Yesterday was the first time we went out as a family in months. The last family outing was two weeks before my mum's major surgery. With her chemo sessions and the down time she has after each session makes it hard for us to go out. I haven't really seen my mum enjoy herself as much in a long while, so having this time to go out as a family was good for her. We did some shopping, mostly clothes for my mum since she's lost a lot of weight after the surgery. My sisters bought some clothes for school too and I even got myself a pair of pants that actually are loose. Most of my pants are tight now and I'm ashamed to say that I've gotten a little fat.We always have so much food when ever we go out as a family and yesterday wasn't any different.I was so full that I had to wait for at least and hour or so before I could go to bed. But seeing my mum happy and enjoying herself made it all worth it. I just wish that we could do it more often for her.Technorati Tags: Daily Life

Irritation When Organising an Outing Using SMS
Organiser:Hey, are you free to join us tomorrow at blah blah…?Someone:Who going? It is not the language that matters obviously. Put yourself in the scenario that you have to message more than forty people and you receive such similar reply, or rather, call it a question instead, what will you feel?Probably you have not experienced it since most people do not spend such effort to organise big gathering, but please use some common sense to imagine it – how much extra work are you going to do?There are three possible outcomes which are common after you list out the people who have agreed.Organiser:Got John, Patrick, Zinc and still waiting for replies. So are you going?Someone:1. “Okay lor. Count me in.”2. “So few people? I confirm with you again k?”3. “Hehe. ic. sorry i’m not free. have fun okay?”Ideally, the first reply is the best. The second one implies two things – you are either a bastard who would not try your best to support an outing unless there are many of the

      Family Outing: Duke Gardens
{summary}We rarely get out as a family.  I don’t know if that’s going to turn out to be socially detrimental to Rosco in the long run or not, but it’s not exactly like he’s cloistered here.  He sees other babies a couple of times each week and usually comes along with me on any excursion that’s longer than an hour. Because he is our first baby and we’re scared/overprotective of taking him out to places we don’t know are baby-friendy, a lot of the time we just stay home and let the weekends pass us by.  We don’t want to be that family in a restaurant that is so selfish about wanting to resume thier pre-baby social life that they allow the displeased baby to scream and ruin everyone else’s meal.  Sure, they have a right to be there, but because I actually have manners I balk at the fact that they’d be so rude as to not remove thier child from the situation until he or she calmed down.  Oops...I didn

I had a fab day today, we went house hunting - again - but this time the weather was good, and we had time to go to the beach. I walked along with Mum and Nan from Felpham to Bognor and we had a lovely time. Mum said I had me special doggie smile on, and we met lots of new dogs including a handsome young blue merle Collie called Smudge. Photos to follow when we get back.

      Hamels has best spring outing
Phillies starter Cole Hamels pitched 6 2/3 strong innings as the Phillies beat the Minnesota Twins 10-2 on Sunday. Hamels allowed two runs on a pair of solo homers by Luis Castillo and Rondell White. Hamels gave up five hits, struck out six and had no walks in his best outing of the spring. He has a history of health issues, but he showed last year just how dominant he can be. There is considerable risk spending the premium it takes to get him, but he certainly has the potential to make it a risk worth taking -- especially for the contending Phillies. Prior has best spring outing
Mark Prior had his best outing of spring on Thursday, holding the Padres to one earned run on four hits and two walks over four innings. Even more encouraging, at one point Prior reached 93 mph on the radar gun, according to the Cubs television broadcast, up from previous reports of an 89 mph max-out. "Prior threw much better," manager Lou Piniella said. "It was a big improvement over his last start here in Peoria [March 5]. He got his breaking ball over today, and he looked a lot more comfortable on the mound and he popped a few fastballs." Source: MLB.com

      Peavy delivers strong outing
Jake Peavy delivered a strong outing against the A’s on Monday, allowing three hits and two walks vs. six strikeouts over 4 2/3 shutout innings. Peavy has allowed only one run over 9 2/3 innings in his last two starts, and now mainly needs to focus on building up his pitch count. This is a far cry from last year, when the Padres ace had limited preparation time before gearing up for the high-intensity climate of the World Baseball Classic, so the chances of a dominant Peavy emerging from the starting gate look promising. Eaton: Another Poor Outing
Adam Eaton finished another outing, answered more questions about moving to the bullpen and went home still in the rotation. Eaton struggled over five innings in the Philadelphia Phillies' 5-1 loss to the Pittsburgh Pirates on Monday. Eaton allowed three runs and eight hits against the Pirates, raising his ERA to 4.63 this spring. Eaton, who signed a three-year, $24.5 million free-agent deal in the offseason, is asked almost daily whether he would consider becoming a reliever because the Phillies have six starters. Jon Lieber is considered the odd man out, though manager Charlie Manuel hasn't said which pitcher he would move to the bullpen if general manager Pat Gillick doesn't make a trade before the season opener on April 2. The Outing of Joe Hill
Speaking of Stephen King...as we were a couple of posts back...I've been hearing good things about his son's first published novel. Apparently, "Joe Hill," has been writing short stories and one unpublished novel for a while now, but the revelation that he's Stephen King's oldest son should change everything for him. I love the idea that authors can pass on their skills to the next generation this way, much like what seems to happen in musical families. Joe's picture makes me wonder how he got away with hiding his real identity as long as he managed it....when Hill's fantasy-tinged thriller, "Heart-Shaped Box," came out last month, it was inevitable that his thoroughbred blood lines as a writer of horror and the supernatural would be out there for all to see....Hill, 34, took on his secret identity to test his writing skills and marketability without having to trade on the family name."I really wanted to allow myself to rise and fall on my own merits," he said over breakfast i

Outing to Dungeness Spit (or at least close to it)
We took a day trip out to Dungeness Spit Sunday, kid, dog, spouse, the whole gang. The spit is a 5 mile formation with a lighthouse on it. I can’t tell you how long it takes to get there from Bainbridge Island because we stopped so many times, both ways. I can tell you from what we saw, the spit area is beautiful, open, windy and heavily controlled. “I think they need to add another sign,” my spouse commented snidely as we drove around the paved area, past several campgrounds. You must understand, he is from Alaska and did not grow up around any “managed” areas. Wilderness was wild. We drove as far as you can, dog whimpering, knowing something great was close. Angling around to a parking spot, we drove past another batch of signs including one that had a picture of a dog with a red line through it. Whaaaa??? Turns out, no dogs allowed on the spit, on leash or off. Why? Because birds live there. “But our dog LOVES birds!” my spouse

      Airport Outing
After the home-cooked yumminess of tandoori chicken yesterday, Mummy decided that she had enough cooking this long weekend. So we headed to the airport for lunch at Fish & Co. Momo was all excited and didn’t want to sleep at first, but at the restaurant, they were playing soothing Christmas carols and Momo was babbling along to it and soon after he drifted off to sleep. I really enjoyed my lunch of the Captain Hook fish and chips. It was quite a big pan, and I didn’t finish it. Daddy tried his best to make me eat as much as I can because he says I need fattening up because I’m so skinny. I don’t know what they put in the fish and chips, because while having lunch, my eyes got heavy and I fell asleep. While I was sleeping in the stroller and Momo was sleeping in the sling, we had this picture taken at some Christmas … errr … forest. I woke up later and found myself at Starbucks. Momo was already up and refused to sit down, preferring instea

      Cousins' Mini-Outing Without The Giants
I was on leave today and took the opportunity to wander leisurely about the financial and civic districts (while everyone else was rushing to get to work). More pictures at the Flickr site. I was to meet Trin at 1pm (she was on half-day leave) and we were going to have lunch at some squashed chicken (ayam penyet) place at Lucky Plaza with a trip to check out the newly renovated National Museum to follow, but my cousin called to tell me he had just bought a new camera (D80!! Arrghh!!) and was nearby, so Trin and I hopped on the train to City Hall and met him, his wife, Zafyra and my other cousin at Suntec for lunch at Siam Kitchen. It’s been a while since we’ve seen Zafyra and she looks sooo cute with her pink mittens and booties The ladies took the opportunity to shop, while the baby was left with the daddy. I was getting hungrier by the minute after all that walking this morning. Initially we wanted to dine at Secret Recipe, but Starbucks took over the place where it

      Outing Hypocrisy
Watching the ultimate results of extreme hypocrisy meltdown, while certainly something to be thankful for, is certainly not pretty. It is like watching a good film noire where all the characters realize in the end they have all been used and duped by each other for their own selfish reasons to the point where all of them lose in the end.The desperate last act struggle to avoid this inevitable outcome is being played out before the eyes of the nation and the world. The skeleton of rightousness filled out to reveal its flesh and bones of corruption, collusion, bribery and deceit. Here is an article that is clear and insightful on the matter: Oscars for the "Homosexual Defenders" Pleaseby Dean PowersAnne Coulter, Rush Limbaugh and Sean Hannity deserve Oscars for their role as sympathizers in "The Passion of the Gays."
