"Fish Head no.2" 6"x 6" Oil on masonite board.
"Fish Head no.2" 6"x 6" Oil on 1/8" thick primed masonite board. 2007, unframed, by Nathan Bond.I thought that it would be a good lesson to try to clean my own fish I bought at the market. What I learned was that I end up with fillet a 1/4 the size of the fish if I do it! Luckily these fish heads were a lot funner to paint than to clean.Happy Memorial Day to you all. I will be back to painting in about a weeks time.
