I found this journey-type series by author Elizabeth Vaughan light and riveting. The main character, Xylara, is a healer and also a princess, who is caught into a very intense situation with the conqueror of her people. This series is nice and romantic without being too physical - it's more of an emotional romance, which I prefer.Xylara is a character on the path to self-discovery. Her love for the Warlord is a bit obsessive for me but makes for a great romance. Karim Rashid teamed up with Veuve Clicquot to create Globalight, a pink illuminated champagne holder that also keeps the champagne at the proper temperature for up to 2 hours. The rose hue of the Rose champagne inspired the pink glow that the globalight was created for.Limited to a run of 500 (only 50 of those will be available for the U.S. market), the Globalight will be available on Eclicquot in May for £2,225/$4,500.....That’s a pretty penny! This is clearly just for those living the glamorous life (ie those with more money than sense! but if anyone is buying - one of these would look great on my kitchen shelf!)
