For those of you who have been living a healthy lifestyle for a long period of time, how do you stay motivated?
I myself worked really hard to drop about 26 pounds the first 6 months of last year. Then life happened (my family relocated to another city due to a job transfer) and I went back to my old eating habits for the next 6 months.
Starting in January of this year, I reinvented my "diet" and began living a healthy lifestyle again. Now, about 4 months into it, I am thriving with my exercise and am learning more and more about how to eat healthier. I feel that I am much more informed and involved in my success this time around. I am also buying into the whole thing this time... not just doing parts of a healthy lifestyle.
But this brings me back to my question for you veterans. You'v
